Amaranthine

Book 3, Chapter 30- A Total Witch

Cait mentally checked off ‘bank robbery’ on the list of things that counted as foreplay for Kennedy.

Girl gets turned on by the damndest things, she thought, whistling happily to herself as she walks alone through the tunnels beneath the city. Yeah, that’d be terrible if she was trying to be stealthy, but she was hunting Beasts, and they were all too stupid to be afraid of a lone woman in their territory. She wanted them to find her.

Half an hour earlier, they listened to the drama at the bank finish up, Cait had insisted B-man call it a night. He’d never say it to her, but she could tell he was getting tired. The bill of his hat had drooped just a little, and those tentacles had possessed ever so much less wiggle. He’d looked at her funny when she hadn’t followed, but she’d assured him that 1. She didn’t get tired, remember? and 2. Nothing they’d run into down here had posed the same amount of threat to them as a mosquito posed to a normal person. She was going to be fine.

That was all true, and if Cait stumbled upon any more nests, she’d clear them out. There certainly were enough, wayyyyy more than the monsters from yesterday accounted for, and of considerably more forms than your garden variety Coonbeast. Technocago had been in for a rude awakening, and someday soon.

This place can’t have been run this poorly all along. It never would have made it. The ER must have more moles all along the bureaucracy, maybe they were gonna come in and clean up after shit got real bad or something.

All that aside, it wasn’t really why Cait hadn’t followed B-Man back to the room. That was because she’d been keenly aware of the emotions passing between Kennedy and Qi all day, and they were far from the heated rivalry that had defined the pair’s relationship thus far. That was good.

Far from being jealous, Cait prayed to whoever was listening that the girls could add a little love to their lust. It would make things so much easier. She already felt bad about the role Qi had fallen into in their little fucked up polycule, sort of a romantic second class citizen. It wasn’t remotely fair. Cait had enough room in her heart for everyone, and Lira, well, Lira couldn’t care less as long as she had Kennedy, and Cait to a lesser extent, but Kennedy was so tamped down emotionally. If whatever Qi had done today fanned some flames, Cait wasn’t going to come in and decentralize her for the culmination.

If I even could, Kennedy is hot right now.

She could tell the women had made it back to the room, and weren’t wasting much time. It was, frankly, distracting. Cait exited a tunnel into another cistern, and found it to be a little oasis of beauty. She must have made it outside the city, because moonlight shone down through the culvert in the ceiling, softly illuminating hanging moss, and stonework that probably pre-dated World War II.

Thankfully, none of the tunnels smelled like what they’d previously been used for, but in general, they still hadn’t been exactly pleasant. Here though, the air smelled fresh, like standing on the stones next to a babbling stream. Cait found a fallen stone from the ceiling, covered in decades of soft moss, sat back, and rested. She let the feelings of Qi and Kennedy wash over her, experiencing them with her entire body. The next best thing to actually being there.

“Fancy meeting you here,” said a voice laced with gently laughing whispers. Cait’s eyes snapped open, and she watched Willow step out of the beam of moonlight.

That was the only way she could describe it. There wasn’t a portal, she didn’t simply appear, it was like reality fuzzed at the edges, and the soft light of the moon became a door Willow could use as easily as a physical one.

“Neat trick,” Cait said, impressed, but wary. Nothing had gone as planned since they got to this fucking city, a betrayal from the new teammate didn’t seem outside of the realm of possibility. Even if Cait would be an insane target. Even if that dress Willow wore was far more sheer than Cait remembered.

She moved like an apparition, flowing towards Cait. Her dress was black, and the room was dark, but somehow still, the light shone through it, laying the silhouetted promise of every curve of Willow’s body bare. Then she stood before Cait, and let the dress slip from her shoulders, and the promise was fulfilled, better than she’d imagined.

“You’re a curious one, Cait,” Willow said, voice dancing around Cait’s head, sending shivers down her spine as each word seemed to lick past her earlobes. “Do you know, that I’ve never met anyone quite like you?”

Cait’s eyes had travelled all the way down Willow’s body while she spoke, taking her in. She was perfect. Unnaturally so. So perfect it didn’t feel perfect. Cait thought on the mole on the pale skin of Kennedy’s thigh, or the freckles that accentuated every note of Lira’s beauty. Willow was truly flawless, even her nipples so light as to be more impression than statement. She let her eyes take their time on the way back up to meet Willow’s. Just because she might prefer human imperfection, it didn’t mean Willow’s body wasn’t a masterwork.

“Who has?” Cait said, as she met Willow’s silver-white, slightly lambent gaze. A gaze that made her feel like she was far more naked than the woman before her. A gaze that felt like it saw much more than just skin and fabric.

Willow gave her that ever-present amused grin, humoring, placating, and somehow superior.

“Fair enough,” she granted, the air laughing gently in her place. Cait would swear she could see Willow laughing, even though the woman’s face only wore that smirk as she knelt, legs on either side of Cait. Her chest was level with Cait’s eyes, and it said something about the power of her gaze that Cait’s eyes weren’t pulled downward for a moment. Hands, cold as ice for just an instant before they became as soft and warm as any skin Cait had ever felt, cupped her chin.

Willow’s head bent down, faint pink of her lips parting to meet Cait’s own, in the tantalizing ghost of a kiss.

“We haven’t really had any time to ourselves,” she said, again, lips moving in another dimension while her face stayed coy and still, amused by a joke Cait hadn’t told yet. “But you are far more interesting than your little girlfriend.”

Cait felt, concretely, Willow bite her earlobe as soon as that sentence finished. But she hadn’t moved.

“I’m just tough,” Cait countered, stalling for time. This was…. A little uncomfortable, but also very hot, and part of her body was loathe to let her push the woman away. But she was trying the whole new faithfulness thing, so she did her level best to empathically let Kennedy know their new witch friend was seducing her, and doing a hell of a job of it.

The emotional backflow was quick and definitive, as the activation of that particular proclivity drove Kennedy over the edge for the first time in her activities with Qi.

As emphatic as a hell yes as I’m ever gonna get.

Willow’s smile had taken on the air of a teacher who knew she was being lied to by a student, but thought it was cute anyway.

Just tough,” Willow scoffed, tracing her finger along Cait’s jaw and down her neck. It was Cait’s turn for a trick, and she let her outfit dissipate as Willow’s finger reached the neckline. “That is how it looks from the outside I suppose, yes.”

Her head struck forward like a snake, tongue tracing the line her finger had just taken, back up to Cait’s lips. Again’ for an instant so slight it might have been imaginary, her tongue was cold and dry, but then hot, warm, and wet like the memory of Qi’s.

“I am the most accomplished Animancer on the planet,” she stated, suddenly back in position, her lips no longer locked onto Cait’s, as though she’d never moved. “That is a simple fact. The stuff of souls is as clay to me. But you, Cait—”

She slid a finger down Cait’s chest from where it rested on her shoulder, tracing a circle around Cait’s nipple, before giving the tip a sharp pinch.

“-I cannot so much as pinch your soul out of shape. It confounds me.”

There was one part of Cait that was acutely, painfully aware of Willow’s pussy, hovering so close to the head of her cock that her lips sometimes brushed tantalizingly against it, soft and smooth as silk. But now, a larger part of her was curious.

“What do you mean? You’ve messed with Kennedy and I’s souls a ton. You pulled me into some kind of Soulscape when I was fucking Lira. Clearly you can do something,” she protested, cognitive dissonance between the thirst for knowledge of her herself and the drive to fuck beginning a war in her mind.

Willow stopped the fight almost before it began, lowering herself onto Cait’s cock, and pulling her head between her breasts. The air itself came alive with sighs and moans of pleasure, voice by neither of them.

Whatever this had been, it seemed to have counted as foreplay to Willow, because inside, she was hot, wet, warm and welcoming. Cait had expected more of the odd sensory dissonance, but as Willow began to move, and Cait grabbed tight onto her hips, every part of her was just as soft and plush as it looked.

Her fingers laced gently into Cait’s hair, applying the slightest pressure to pull her back up and to her gaze.

“I have never Worked on you, Cait. At least not that’s done anything,” she explained. As she spoke, she rode Cait slowly, languidly. She moved like this was simply the way things were, and the thought of rushing would be silly, because there was no end to rush to. “Oh I’ve tried. I’ve poked and prodded, -ah- done little experiments. You’ve never even noticed. Even when it should have hurt.”

She took Cait all the way in on the last word, emphasizing it apparently to herself, since Cait was beyond what even magical women could comfortably take without a lot of preparation.

“Everything you’ve experienced,” she continued, now actually beginning to pant, in what Cait identified as her ‘real voice’. “Everything you’ve experienced has been secondhand through Kennedy, work-arounds, or side effects of things we are working on with her. On your own, your soul is inviolable.”

“I think I like the sound of that,” Cait said. She ran her fingers slowly up and down Willow’s back as she moved, surprised to find it wasn’t the still-water smooth it had appeared. “But, uh, why does that lead to you fucking me?”

She grinned up at Willow, then gesutured down to herself.

“Besides the obvious I mean.”

Willow rolled her eyes, the most relatably human thing she’d done tonight after walking out of that moonbeam.

“I’ll admit,” she chuckled, the sound coming from her own throat, chorus of the air silent. “This isn’t exactly a chore. But it’s more than sex. And less, if you view sex as an expression of love. It is simply the next ritual I have to try to figure out why you are a locked box to me.”

“By having me be the key to your box?” Cait asked, unable to help herself.

“Mmmmm, inching closer to chore territory,” Willow said, playing unamused. “Not entirely wrong, however. It is an opening. A giving to one another. If you give yourself to me, fully and willingly, I may be able to find some insight.”

“Well,” Cait gasped, as Willow changed her angle just enough to hit a very sweet spot. “Just keep doing that, and you won’t have to wait long.”

Annoyingly, Willow immediately switched up her motion, and Cait’s climax receded.

“Silly girl,” she laughed, patting Cait’s cheek. “This is just foreplay.”

She pushed forward, burying Cait’s head between her breasts before sliding down to bring her lips to her ear.

“I need you, not this. I need you to fuck me like you fuck Kennedy, fuck Lira, fuck that dragon,” she hissed, nails suddenly dug in, scratching at Cait’s back.

Oh.

Cait shifted the angle of her legs, getting a good footing on the stone floor of the cistern. She wrapped one arm tight around Willow’s waist, and sunk the other hand into the plush cheek of her ass. Then, in one motion, she stood, and activated her tech to kick off, slamming Willow, protected in Cait’s grasp, into the far wall.

“Oh!” the witcy woman gasped, her hands splaying against Cait’s back for support. She barely needed it, as Cait pressed into her, pinning her to the wall and thrusting up into her with all she had. “Oh gods, that’s—”

Cait took her hand from around her back and caught Willow’s throat below the chin, cutting off her words and pushing her head back against the wall.

Careful what you wish for, I guess.

Cait smirked down at Willow, looking up at her, pressed against the stone and no longer seeming quite so ethereal. For the first time since this encounter began, Cait felt in control of the situation. Willow shook, held steady by Cait’s hands but still rising and falling a little as Cait’s fervent hips pushed into her deep on each thrust, always trying to find the limit of what she could take.

She dipped her head, like a hawk diving for prey, roughly locking her lips to Willow’s. Willow returned the kiss eagerly, hungrily, tickling Cait’s tongue with a moan when Cait loosened her grip on her neck enough for her to breathe.

Willow tasted like a forest stream looked, fresh and clean but earthy, with an electricity beneath it all that egged on Cait’s baser urges. She didn’t let Willow break the kiss as she continued to fuck up into her. Cait felt Willow’s hands move from digging into her back to one gently wrapping her waist, while the other rested on the nape of Cait’s neck. Her grip had lost its strength, focused elsewhere as Cait felt Willow tightened, midsection bucking as she came.

Cait pulled her mouth back, letting Willow’s lips slide along her tongue. She hadn’t let up the pace down below for an instant.

“Wait, Jesus, Cait, slow down,” she gasped, Witchy woman façade all but completely fallen away. Looking down at Willow now, she noticed she had a very light smattering of freckles across the bridge of her nose. Adorable.

“Not what you asked for?” Cait asked, with a smirk she knew would make her look like an asshole, but was irresitable regardless.

She dropped her other hand from where it cupped Willow’s chin, snaking it under her thigh. She pressed forward, drawing an ‘ah!’ out of Willow as she found her knee suddenly very near her ear. The cute exclamation was quickly replaced with more curses and moans as the new angle allowed Cait to reach new and exciting places within her.

“Every.. night…?” Willow gasped. Cait didn’t understand, but didn’t slow her roll as she asked for clarification.

“What?”

“You do…. this…. with them…” she panted, heavy mascara starting to run from the kind of happy tears a body began to make when something felt so good it didn’t know what to do with itself. “Every night?”

Cait laughed, shaking her head. It had to be intimidating, being so overwhelmed, and seeing Cait less winded than if she had been taking a light jog.

“’Course not,” she answered, letting that shit-eating, predatory grin darken her face once more. “But most nights, yeah.”

Like she’d asked for, Willow got the full experience. The combination of her own weird eroticism and the things Qi and Kennedy were doing to each other had well and truly flipped a switch in Cait, and she treated Willow like one of the girls who knew what they were in for. That meant Willow had a fantastic time, but looked like she’d been through a war when Cait finally grabbed her hair, pulled her up to her knees from where she lay on the floor, and told her to open wide.

She did, and just seeing those gorgeous silver-white eyes, wet throat and hungry tongue, framed with the absolute wreckage of a makeup job, was enough to finally push Cait over the edge. And cum wasn’t the only thing that left her as she finished.
