Chapter 157
Elena highly suspected that Lorze was just painting a big cake for her.
Looking at his current scientific research achievements, from the initial Emotional Energy to the current Ability Capsule theory, which one wasn't a textbook-level discovery?
Add to that the invention of Pokéblocks and the updates on various Abilities, these achievements were already at a height that most researchers could hardly reach in a lifetime.
He had reached such a height before even reaching adulthood, which indeed made her desperately crave him, craving for this genius to come to her own research institute.
But business was business; I let you come here not for you to violate me, let alone to talk big.
What else could be more exaggerated than these discoveries, and to the point that it could not be shown to outsiders?
If you can't bring out something like that today, be prepared to explain yourself in court!
Thus, under Elena's questioning gaze, Lorze summoned Mawile.
An adorable silhouette heard her Master's call and immediately ran in happily; not seeing her Master for a day, she already wanted her Master's hug!
"Maw~!"
Mawile didn't care that Elena was still straddling her Master, and immediately jumped into her Master's arms happily, greedily snuggling with her Master first.
And outside the door opened by Mawile, Anna and the others' gazes had already peered into the room, taking in the full picture of her mother straddling Lorze.
Elena also knew that the matter between her and Lorze could not be hidden; after all, the commotion when they made frantic love was so loud, probably even the residents upstairs and downstairs heard it, and her daughter living next door couldn't possibly not hear it, she probably had already discovered the matter of her mother having sex with her son-in-law.
She didn't know what her daughter would think of this matter, and she felt very sorry for her daughter.
But things had already come to this, and she couldn't fudge it over, she could only find a way to face it afterward.
As for now, wasn't it time to show her his so-called massive discovery?
Elena urged him with her eyes.
Lorze was in no hurry to start, but first bonded with Mawile, "Little Idor, have you been mastering the Copycat move properly during this time?"
"Maw! (I've already found the feeling, I will definitely be able to learn it before long!)" Mawile thought her Master was blaming her for learning too slowly, and quickly shook her Master's hand, explaining aggrievedly.
"It's okay, just take your time. Remember what I said before about helping you evolve? Originally I planned to talk about it after you learned it, but since you've already started making progress, I'll reward you in advance." Lorze smiled and stroked her small head.
"Maw? (Really, really? Can I really evolve now?)" Hearing about evolution, Mawile's tiny eyes instantly couldn't contain her excitement.
"When have I ever lied to you? Bring my bag over first." Lorze said.
Mawile nodded repeatedly, then quickly ran to the lounge to get her Master's bag.
Elena frowned slightly upon seeing this. Could the immensely influential research he discovered refer to finding a way for Mawile to evolve?
Why would you think this kind of thing could be more important than the Emotional Energy theory?
This clearly couldn't even compare to the discovery of the Espeon evolution form, okay?
Elena completely didn't understand, but still patiently watched to see what he wanted to do.
Before long, Mawile brought Lorze's bag over, and Lorze unhurriedly took two stones out of the bag.
She had a slight impression of the appearance of these stones; weren't they just the things gathering dust in the Snowhide inventory?
She had played around with this thing before, but couldn't figure out anything at all. Had Lorze discovered the secret within them?
"I wonder if Mother-in-law has an impression of these stones. The name I gave it is Mega Stone." Lorze explained, while placing Mawile's Mega Stone into Mawile's hand.
"Mega Stone? Could this be an item that allows specific Pokémon to evolve, like a Fire Stone?"
"Yes and no. A Fire Stone only allows Pokémon to normally complete their final evolution, while a Mega Stone allows Pokémon that have already completed their final evolution to evolve once more. I call this method of evolution Mega Evolution."
"Once more... Mega Evolution?"
Elena's eyes widened in shock, her brow furrowing tightly.
Was Lorze serious?
How could a Pokémon that had already completed its final evolution evolve again?
If it was truly as he said, an evolution that exists beyond the final stage, then the impact of this matter would undoubtedly bring a massive shock to everyone in the whole world.
Yes, everyone!
In Elena's view, although the Emotional Energy theory Lorze proposed before had cross-era significance, its actual impact was just so-so; at most, it would stir up big waves in the researcher field, but held almost no attraction for Trainers and ordinary people.
After all, whether they understood Emotional Energy or not didn't affect the current Champion from being the Champion; they didn't lack that little bit of knowledge.
But evolution was different; this was something that would tangibly and severely affect an individual's strength.
Everyone knows that a Pokémon's strength will skyrocket after evolution; if two evenly matched opponents are fighting, and one side's Pokémon suddenly evolves mid-battle, the other side can only stare in disbelief.
Now Lorze said that fully evolved Pokémon still have an unknown evolution, one could imagine how crazy Trainers and researchers would be to pursue it.
This was absolutely a world-class major discovery!
Had this little guy's research already advanced to such an unimaginable frontier?
He was only 17 years old!
Elena couldn't wait to know that he wasn't lying to her!
"Mawile, are you ready to feel this new power?"
Lorze held the Key Stone that Goddess Xue Tong found for him in his hand, preparing to showcase Mega Evolution.
"Maw!"
Mawile nodded heavily; although she didn't know what to prepare for, striking a pose was right!
"Then let's begin. Let this evolution witness our bond—Mawile, Mega Evolve!" Lorze immediately activated Telepathic Resonance, letting their minds fuse into one.
At the same time, he recited some embarrassing chunibyo lines, though to Mawile, these lines were incredibly hot-blooded.
She only felt her mind and body surging as an indescribable power burst out from inside her.
Immediately after, the Mega Stone in her hand exploded with a brilliant rainbow light, and the Key Stone in Lorze's hand also glowed at the same time.
The light from the two stones turned into genetic chains, linking together.
Just like the scenes of unlocking genetic locks in sci-fi novels, Mawile's body was gradually enveloped by this ball of evolution light, and then, under the shocked gazes of the girls who hurried over upon hearing the news, a violent biological transformation began.
First, her height shot up rapidly, reaching about 1.4 meters, and the original single-ponytail massive jaw split into two, transforming from a single-engine jet into a twin-engine battle maid.
Secondly, the colors on her body underwent a massive change, a dash of magenta crawling onto her body, making the originally dull orange-yellow look even more seductive.
"MAW-ILE!!!"
At this moment, Mawile only felt an unprecedented sense of comfort, her body completely filled with powerful strength; this baseline power probably couldn't be matched even by a fully stacked Power-Up Punch.
She even felt that her current self could easily bully the Big Boss (Kirlia)!
She could already challenge the Big Boss's status as the primary wife!
But on second thought, forget it; putting aside that the Big Boss was quite good to her, the main thing was that the Big Boss could copy the Truant Ability, and that Ability was simply too disgusting to Pokémon.
"She... she really evolved!" Elena stared dead at the entire process of evolution, completely forgetting to use her phone to record this shocking scene.
She only wanted to know how Lorze did it, what the underlying principle was, and why she couldn't research anything out back then.
As well as wanting to get all the physical data of Mega Mawile at the first moment to understand how much Mawile's strength had improved after Mega Evolution.
To sum it up in one sentence, her scientific curiosity had been deeply seduced out; how could she care about the fact that she had just been violated by her son-in-law? That kind of trivia didn't matter at all!
Speaking of which, what was with this son-in-law?
Didn't he see that she had already gotten out of bed?
Why are you still lying up there? Hurry up and get out of bed to wash clean, then head to the institute to gather first-hand data!
Forget it, just come and wash with me directly; it just so happens that I also have a massive amount of doubts I want to clear up, aren't you getting out of bed yet?
