A loud voice came from the sky.
Jinbe looked up.
THUMP!
Luffy dropped straight down onto Jinbe's round stomach.
"Long time no see, Jinbe!!"
"Luffy!!"
Even though Luffy was lying on top of him, Jinbe simply laughed warmly.
"Hahaha! Jinbe, you're fun!"
Luffy climbed off and patted his stomach.
Nearby—
Penguin and Shachi trembled.
"Th-that's Straw Hat Luffy…"
"One of the Four Emperors?!"
Even though he looked harmless, the title Emperor of the Sea had already spread throughout the world.
At that moment, Law slowly opened his eyes.
His expression was complicated.
This was a gamble.
He was betting his life on Luffy's attitude.
"Oh! It's Tra-guy!"
Luffy suddenly appeared beside him and slapped his shoulder.

His smiling face moved extremely close to Law.

"Tra-guy, do you want to join my crew?"
Luffy asked instantly.

Unlike his tone with Law, Luffy sounded completely domineering.
Jinbe looked up at him blankly.

Luffy cracked his knuckles.
