Lucci and the others dragged Franky inside with chains.

They immediately saw Spandam sitting in the main chair with a sinister grin, while the other three CP9 agents lounged on the sofas nearby.

"It's been five years, Chief," Lucci said coldly.

"The mission is complete."

He kicked Franky forward.

"Welcome back!" Spandam said with a laugh.

"But where is Nico Robin?"

The moment he said that—

The expressions of the four agents changed instantly.

Especially Lucci.

A terrifying killing intent erupted from him.

"Chief," Lucci said coldly,

"Our mission was to obtain the Pluton Blueprints."

"Nico Robin was not part of the objective."

"But—!"

Spandam wanted to continue speaking, but the killing intent radiating from Lucci made him swallow his words.

"Fine… it doesn't matter if you didn't capture her."

But his expression clearly suggested otherwise.

"Chief, that doesn't look like a 'doesn't matter' face to me," Jabra said lazily from the sofa.

"And you, Lucci… looks like you had a rough time back in Water 7."

The four agents kicked him simultaneously.

Fukurou rolled back to his original spot.

"We already knew you'd try that trick, Fukurou," Kalifa said calmly.

"Six Powers Technique — Doriki Measurement!"

This was a technique used to measure a person's Doriki (combat power).

For reference, a normal armed guard had 10 Doriki.

Spandam sighed while holding his head.

"Why are you idiots ranking yourselves like this?!"

"Every CP9 member is already a superhuman!"

"Chief," Kumadori said suddenly.

"To atone for my shame, allow me to commit seppuku!"

He stabbed toward his stomach.

Kumadori cried dramatically while smashing his head against the floor.

Jabra burst into tears as well.

The two hugged and cried together.

"Catherine, why couldn't it be me?!"

Spandam sat in silence, completely drained.

Kalifa knocked on the table.

"Chief. The skit is over."

His pupils shrank.

Cold sweat poured down his face.

His legs trembled.

His body instinctively shifted into his full Zoan form.

Cracks spread across the ground.

Reflected in his eyes—

Was a terrifying silhouette.

"…You've got to be kidding."

Two Minutes Earlier

The giant Kashii swung his massive axe downward.

Compared to the giant, Zoro looked tiny.

But when blade met axe—

Neither side gave way.

Zoro launched into the air.

"Three-Sword Style: Demon Slash — Sleepless Night!"

A phantom demon appeared behind him.

The air distorted.

In that instant—

The strike flashed.

Blood sprayed.

The giant collapsed.

Meanwhile—

Sanji casually dodged Oimo's hammer.

He stepped onto the hammer and launched into the air.

Without any wind-up—

He kicked.

"Concassé!"

The kick slammed into the giant's head.

The air vibrated slightly.

Oimo's brain rang as if struck by thunder.

He collapsed instantly.

"Awesome!" Usopp cheered.

"Zoro! Sanji!"

But neither of them celebrated.

Both frowned.

They turned toward the sea.

Ten Kilometers Away

A tall figure rode a bicycle across the ocean.

Wherever he passed—

The sea froze.

It was Admiral Aokiji.

Suddenly he looked up at the sky.

His pupils widened.

"…Ah la la."

"Looks like I'm late."

Above the sky—

A streak of blue lightning flashed across the horizon.

As the lightning reached Enies Lobby, its bright blue glow turned slightly crimson.

The air split apart.

A slender arm crackled with blue lightning.

Dark-red Conqueror's Haki filled the sky.

Even the air itself seemed to be repelled.

A dark-blue cross appeared across the heavens.

Then—

It fell like a meteor.

"Gum-Gum Lightning Meteor!"

The buildings on the main island shattered like toy blocks.

Conqueror's Haki erupted across the battlefield.

Except for CP9—whom Luffy deliberately spared—

Everyone else collapsed unconscious.

The entire main island was reduced to ruins.

"Luffy!" the Straw Hats shouted in excitement.

The island trembled from a single punch.

But his Conqueror's Haki had avoided them.

The shockwaves meant nothing.

Luffy glanced casually at Lucci, who looked like his soul had been ripped out.

He shook his head and shrugged.

"I'll leave them to you guys."

Luffy transformed into lightning and jumped to the highest point of Enies Lobby.

Then—

Two gazes collided.

Blue light flashed.

Luffy vs Admiral Aokiji — Round Two

Ten kilometers away—

Aokiji crossed his arms in front of his chest.

BOOM!

The air exploded.

Luffy's arm, steaming red from Gear Second, shot forward.

Blue lightning and black Haki intertwined.

The punch landed.

CRACK!

Ice shattered.

Aokiji was blasted backward across the frozen sea.

Four icy spears shot forward instantly.

Luffy calmly turned into lightning and vanished sideways.

Suddenly—

Aokiji's body exploded into ice powder.

It scattered across the ocean.

In an instant—

The sea froze.

Within 0.1 seconds, the surrounding ten kilometers became an icy battlefield.

Chains of ice burst out of the frozen ground.

There weren't just thousands—

There were hundreds of thousands of ice chains.

Luffy sighed helplessly and transformed into lightning, circling through the sky.

The chains chased him like serpents.

The scene looked like millions of ants fighting over a single grain of rice.

Meanwhile, the Straw Hats rushed toward the only building still standing on the main island—

The Courthouse.

The final battle was about to begin.
