"My name is John. I was entrusted by your daughter to help the Kelvin family through this difficult time."
When Alfred's eyes landed on John, the young man took the initiative to introduce himself. But as soon as Alfred heard his words, his expression shifted to one of surprise and suspicion.
'He's here to help us?'
Alfred frowned inwardly.
'So young... how could he possibly help? And he's not on the list of masters we contacted.'
He was puzzled—not just about John's ability, but about which daughter had supposedly sent him.
Alfred had several sons and daughters, so after a pause, he asked, "Which daughter are you talking about?"
John answered calmly, "The one in the State of New York."
"The State of New York..."
