Inside the Feazer Medical Clinic, John continued his work with Holbrook Davis, carefully explaining a new treatment method to him. As they were deep in conversation, John's eyes flickered briefly to the entrance, where Bob Redman and his group approached.
John had already predicted why they were returning and remained unflustered, displaying his usual calm demeanor. Holbrook, on the other hand, could barely contain his rising fury.
"These damn flies again?!" Holbrook muttered under his breath. His fury was palpable. "I'll chase them off myself!"
Holbrook was a man of vengeance, especially when it came to anyone who dared to disrespect his teacher, John. He had already marked Bob Redman and his companion with disdain. But now, they had the nerve to return, and this time, they brought backup—an elderly man in a wheelchair.
