Chapter 148: Alya is the Fourth Girlfriend
The Happy Sheep Society's headquarters turned out to be located in a secluded old building on the outskirts of Tokyo, a location chosen by Suzuki to avoid detection by the authorities.
When Ren and Alya exited the room they had just left, the scene that greeted them was very different from before.
Most of the Happy Sheep Society members had left, most likely fleeing after Suzuki's influence vanished. However, there were still a few dozen women standing silently in various corners of the room, their faces pale and their eyes vacant, trapped in despair after the horrifying memories of what they had done under Suzuki's control returned to haunt them.
As soon as Suzuki died, the grip of his mind control over all the Happy Sheep Society members disappeared, and their consciousness returned.
Not a few of the female victims had almost gone insane after clearly remembering every embarrassing and disgusting act they had committed during the hypnotized period. Some of them even realized they were pregnant, a reality that completely shattered their minds.

Ren, who didn't understand Russian, just stared at Alya in confusion. If only he understood her words, he might have realized that, unintentionally, her comment was also directed at him.
Arriving at a busy roadside, Ren held out his hand and stopped a passing taxi. The back door opened, and they both got in.
