In the land of the rising sun, the Divine Enforcers serve as the primary defense against supernatural phenomena. This organization consists of two main divisions with distinct roles and authority: the Historical Compilation Committee and the Onmyou Agency.
### Historical Compilation Committee
Responsible for controlling information about supernatural events.
- Concealing the existence of mystical creatures and strange occurrences from the general public through media manipulation.
- Handling evil and criminal practitioners of the occult, as well as relatively harmless aliens.
- The Historical Compilation Committee is led by four families: the Seishuuin Family, the Kuhoutsuka Family, the Renjou Family, and the Sayanomiya Family.
### Onmyou Agency
Focused on combating supernatural beings such as ghosts, youkai, and evil spirits that frequently plague Japan. Their leaders are known as the Twelve Divine Generals, the strongest onmyouji who hold authority over spiritual protection across the nation.
As the two main forces, the Historical Compilation Committee and the Onmyou Agency often operate behind the scenes, ensuring that humanity continues to live in peaceful ignorance.
