Masha was stunned. This wasn't the reaction she had expected from Ren upon learning about her pregnancy.

Clutching the hem of her skirt tightly, tears nearly spilled from the corners of her eyes. Her chest felt tight, and she bit her lower lip.
Nodding weakly, Masha spoke while looking at him with uncontrollable tears.
"If that's what Ren-kun wants, I'll do it. After school, let's go to the clinic to—"

Ren placed his index finger on her lips, stopping her from continuing.
