"What's wrong?" Meteria walked over curiously, and Sion gently caught her hand.

She fell into his embrace and rested her head on his lap.

"I've got a magic experiment to run, so just lie here." Sion gently stroke her head.

"Mhm." Meteria nodded cutely. She didn't bother asking about the details of the experiment.

She cared far more about enjoying his company than questioning his work.

"Mental memory magic," Sion whispered.

A magic circle formed on the ground and a golden light appeared around the circle marks.

The light slowly enveloped Meteria, drawing tiny motes of energy from her body.

This specific spell could store memories and info to share with others.

By combining it with absorption spell and reversing the process from output to intake.

Sion had a complete structural blueprint of Meteria's body.

"Soul materialization."

Soul materialization was the answer Sion found by combining soul spell with other states.

He used Mind to store the extracted info together through soul matter.

Amidst the golden light..

A puppet completely identical to Meteria took shape.

The figure was completely bare. Its skin seemed to glow softly and its hair fell in perfectly smooth strands.

"Is this... me?" Meteria's eyes widened in bewilderment.

It wasn't a perfect replica. Compared to the real Meteria, this identical girl had a body that looked flawless.

The only things missing were the vibrant life that Meteria carried.

"It's a puppet forged from soul matter," Sion chuckled softly. "Absorption magic turns physical matter into a magic effect, which essentially converts mass into energy."

"By reversing engineering, I used soul matter to mimic the structure of the human body. Thus turning it into a physical state to create this puppet."

Meteria didn't fully understand the underlying principle behind the puppet.

Once her initial shock faded, she was no longer surprised.

"Am I not enough to satisfy you?" Meteria asked as she studied her perfect double with keen interest.

The puppet was simply beautiful, looking even more stunning than she ever did.

She offered a meaningful smile and asked, "Are you going to use this after we finish tonight?"

"Stop teasing," Sion tapped Meteria with a helpless sigh.

"This is a combat puppet, not a toy for that kind of thing."

"What exactly goes on in your head all day?"

"Hehe."

Meteria stuck out her tongue playfully. "You clearly thought about it too. You're the one who corrupted me, you know."

He truly had no way to refute that.

Sion fell silent, shaking his head as he examined the puppet in front of him.

This puppet was his attempt to create Homunculi from the type-moon world.

What are homunculi?

Homunculi were beings created through alchemy to produce fully functional puppet from sperm and other elements without the use of a womb.

However, the price of being given life through such means is that those puppets will invariably have some sort of physical defect.

Even with their potential, they were below humans when it comes down to their strength as life forms.

"Looking at it.. is so embarrassing," Meteria murmured and blushed as she followed his gaze.

Setting aside the normal details, the private areas were precise and perfect.

With a bit of that lubrication item, it could easily fulfill that kind of function.

The internal skeleton, muscles and blood pathways were all present but they only served other purposes.

Such as, combat.

"Move a bit."

The puppet raised its hand.

The identical copy of Meteria slowly lifted its fingers and touched Sion's hand.

Its skin felt even softer than a real human and it even carried a lifelike warmth.

However, those features were purely cosmetic.

No matter how much it appeared lifelike, it was nothing but a PUPPET.
