Realizing she had interrupted Hakuto and Tifa’s candlelight dinner, Aerith said goodbye and prepared to leave, but Tifa stopped her.

“Since you’re already here, how can I let you go back like this? Besides, I’m treating you to dinner this time. And there happens to be a great chef here. It would be a waste not to use him.”

Tifa looked at Hakuto and winked playfully. Hakuto was somewhat speechless but didn’t refuse.

“Alright, I’ll make some more.”

Hakuto walked into the kitchen. Aerith quietly said to Tifa, “Is this okay? I’m interrupting your candlelight dinner, and you two haven’t seen each other for a long time, right?”

“It’s fine. I don’t mind. And by the way, you can stay here tonight and join him for an extra meal.”

Aerith was stunned for a moment, then her face turned bright red as she looked at Tifa. “Don’t joke around like that. And are you really willing to let your boyfriend sleep with another woman?”

“He doesn’t only have me. Why would I care about that?”

Aerith looked at Tifa blankly. Clearly, she couldn’t understand Tifa’s situation. Why did Tifa seem to not care at all that her boyfriend had other women?

“I like him. What does that have to do with him having other women? As long as I like him and he likes me, that’s enough.”

How to put it… Aerith felt like her CPU was about to burn out from Tifa’s words. Could she really explain it that way?

This didn’t seem like a normal person’s answer at all. Yet, coincidentally, Aerith felt like there was nothing wrong with it. This left Aerith very puzzled. But these things had nothing to do with her, so she decided not to think about them.

Tifa looked at Aerith and said, “If you don’t dislike him, I can help connect you two.”

Aerith was instantly speechless. She looked at Tifa. “I don’t dislike him, but I don’t have any thoughts in that direction. So you don’t need to go to any trouble.”

“What a pity. But if you ever become interested someday, just let me know, and I’ll help you.”

Hearing Tifa’s words, Aerith rolled her eyes. Aerith was starting to wonder if Tifa actually didn’t like Hakuto; otherwise, why would she act like this?

Hakuto came out of the kitchen.

“What were you two talking about?”

“Nothing!”

Aerith shook her head somewhat flustered. Hakuto glanced at Tifa. Tifa just grinned and winked playfully at him.

Shaking his head, Hakuto said nothing. He said to Aerith, “Try my cooking. I don’t make steak often, but it should be pretty good.”

Aerith looked at the steak Hakuto had made. It was more than just pretty good—it was even better than what the head chefs at those star-rated restaurants made. Aerith had been to those star-rated restaurants, but the steaks their chefs made were definitely not as good as Hakuto’s.

“Hakuto is a Super Chef. He got his Super Chef certification two years ago.”

Aerith really hadn’t expected Hakuto to be a Super Chef. She looked at Tifa, who took out her phone, found the WGO chef certification page, and handed it to Aerith.

Looking at the photo certified on the WGO official website, which was exactly the same as Hakuto himself, Aerith was speechless, ‘The gap between people was really big.’

After dinner, Aerith originally wanted to leave, but Tifa forcefully pulled her back.

“You’re sleeping with me tonight. Hakuto will sleep in another room.”

Thinking about what Tifa had said to her earlier, Aerith suddenly felt very uneasy.
