Chapter 347 Visitor from Outside the World - Sona Shitori
Looking at the girl before him, Hakuto couldn't help but recall her identity. Sona Shitori, or Sona Sitri, from the DxD World.
Her older sister was Serafall Leviathan, one of the Four Great Satans. And Sona herself was the future heir of the House of Sitri, one of the 72 Pillar Devil Families. But why would she appear in his world?
With her abilities, she shouldn't have been able to cross worlds to reach his world. Yet here she was. This made Hakuto very curious.
No one knew how much time had passed when Sona slowly opened her eyes. The first thing she saw was an unfamiliar ceiling.
'What had happened to me?'
Then she sat up, and the sheet covering her body slipped off, revealing her not-so-voluminous chest.
Compared to most women in the DxD World, Sona's figure could only be described as somewhat lacking.
After all, most women in the DxD World had despair-inducing figures.
"I think it's best not to expose your body casually in front of a man, because you never know if doing so might give a young, psychologically healthy male some bad ideas."
Hearing a male voice, Sona suddenly realized that her clothes had disappeared. She immediately pulled the sheet up and covered herself.
Then she looked at Hakuto with a sharp gaze. "Who are you?"
"Maybe you should be a little more polite to the person who saved your life."
Sona was stunned, then her mind seemed to recall something. Then, as if she had thought of something, her expression became somewhat ugly.
But after exhaling, she returned to normal and said to Hakuto, "Thank you very much. I will repay you for saving my life."
"Well, then, if you can, tell me why you appeared in this world, Devil from outside this world."
Sona frowned slightly, 'Devil from outside this world?'
She easily picked up on a keyword from Hakuto's mouth.
"What do you mean by 'Devil from outside this world' just now?"
"It's very simple. You are a Devil, aren't you? And this world does not belong to your original world. It is another world. After all, there are no Devils in this world. Sona Sitri, that should be your name, right?"
Sona immediately became alert. But Hakuto shook his head. "If I really wanted to do something to you, I would have done it while you were unconscious. And your appearance here wasn't caused by me. No need to be so wary of me. We probably won't be enemies."
Sona still didn't answer. She still looked at Hakuto with alert eyes. Hakuto found this somewhat troublesome.
If possible, he didn't want to have any misunderstanding or conflict with Sona. After all, he quite liked this girl Sona.
To be precise, he liked all the girls in the DxD World. With their beautiful, sexy figures plus their tsundere personalities, controlling a fat otaku was simply too easy.
"Tell me what happened before you lost consciousness."
Sona glanced at Hakuto and didn't hide anything.
"Earlier, I sensed the presence of a Stray Devil. So I followed that presence to find it. But suddenly, a spatial rift appeared and sucked me into the Dimensional Gap. Then, after using up all my power to withstand the Dimensional Gap, I lost consciousness."
Hakuto pinched his chin. "I see. But you really don't need to be so cautious. If I wanted to kill you, you wouldn't be able to resist."
After saying this, Hakuto narrowed his eyes slightly. In an instant, Sona felt a soul-shaking power. To be precise, Sona felt as powerless as an ant facing a giant.
Facing this intense pressure from Hakuto, Sona had only ever felt it from Satan Lucifer.
'A Satan-class powerhouse.'
Sona guessed inwardly. Her gaze retracted slightly. Hakuto handed his phone to Sona. "I think you should be able to use this to check things out for yourself. I think this world is completely different from your world. Even if I wanted to deceive you, I couldn't change the entire world."
Sona took the phone from Hakuto's hand. "Thank you."
Then she began to search for information. But unsurprisingly, she didn't find what she was looking for. Instead, she discovered that many things in this world were different from her original world.
Of course, this didn't prove anything for the time being. It could all be an illusion created by Hakuto.
Hakuto also saw what Sona was thinking and spoke up. "Put on some clothes, and I'll take you out for a walk. Let you see this world for yourself. I think that will make it easier for you to believe what I say."
Sona nodded, then said to Hakuto, "Then can you leave for a moment?"
Hakuto laughed. "Sure. But don't try anything funny. Your clothes are placed next to you. I had someone put them there. Your original ones are already in tatters, but they weren't thrown away. They're also next to you. You can decide whether to keep them or throw them away."
Sona looked at Hakuto with a hint of hesitation. "Don't worry, it was a girl. The reason I didn't help you get dressed is because if you don't take your wings back, you won't be able to put clothes on."
Sona nodded and said nothing more. Hakuto looked at Sona. "Well then, that's it. I'll go out first."
Hakuto walked out and saw Ram in the living room.
"Watching TV so early in the morning. You're quite an unqualified maid."
Hearing Hakuto's words, Ram let out a proud snort. "A maid's duty is to serve her master. As for other things, it doesn't matter even if she doesn't know how to do them."
Hakuto had no idea where to even start complaining. There were too many points to criticize, he couldn't keep up.
But it seemed that serving the master was indeed the most important job of a maid. So that statement wasn't wrong either.
