Chapter 37 - 014 The Uninvited
After getting off the roller coaster, Fu Weiheng felt a vague discomfort in his body. However, not only did this discomfort not fade upon returning, but his head also started to feel dizzy. He rang the bell to summon Vincent.
"Sir, do you have any orders?" The old butler noticed Fu Weiheng’s pale face and felt something was off. He asked, "Do you need Doctor Lu to come over?"
Fu Weiheng rubbed his brow and nodded, "As soon as possible."
Ever since the accidental fall at the London Theater four years ago, Fu Weiheng’s condition had actually been quite recuperated, except for the leftover fear of heights, which he hadn’t fully overcome until now. He originally thought it was just an amusement facility, playing once wouldn’t be a big deal. But now it seemed, he had overestimated himself.
Twenty minutes later, the old butler hurriedly brought a young, handsome doctor up to Fu Weiheng’s room.
Upon entering and seeing Fu Weiheng’s pale face, Lu Yan frowned and asked, "Where did you go today?"
Fu Weiheng avoided answering and asked back, "Since when did you, a private doctor, start meddling?"
Lu Yan ignored him and turned his head to glance at the butler.
