Camie nodded vigorously with an excited expression. Shirahoshi and the others felt the same way.
This kind of long-distance travel was a completely new experience for them.
In the original story, if Rorschach hadn’t come to Fish-Man Island, Camie would have secretly gone to the surface with her master and been eaten by a sea beast before meeting Luffy. Because of his presence, that plotline had already changed — especially since he had killed the important character Hatchan.
Camie hadn’t brought her master with her because it was too dangerous. Similarly, Shirahoshi had left her pet shark behind on Fish-Man Island.
Both of them had cried terribly during their goodbyes, but in the end, they still parted ways.
