As the camera zoomed in, everyone saw swarms of beasts emerging in the abyss. They attacked the soldiers on sight. Although their attack power wasn’t very high, their combat skills were superb.
Combined with the fact that the surrounding environment was their home turf, their coordinated efforts caused a great deal of trouble for the invading soldiers.
"Looks like our test force has run into a little trouble for now. But, it seems these beasts aren’t that strong either. Give them a little time, and they’ll wipe out all of these animals."
"Huh? What’s that?"
The camera panned up. A cluster of small black dots was falling from the sky. Before the camera could even zoom in, the black dots smashed down on the heads of the soldiers fighting the defensive animals. The animals, already prepared, had disengaged from the fight just before the watermelons and corn arrived.
And just like that, the squads of attacking soldiers were smashed to death.
"A beautiful combo! Looks like a frontal assault is a bit difficult after all. Let’s check on the stealth soldiers then!"
The camera turned to the shadows again, but strangely, there was no sign of any soldiers.
"Hmm... let’s wait a bit. These soldiers are all moving stealthily in the shadows, but their stealth won’t last forever. We should be able to see them in a moment."
