Chapter 63: The Targeted Red Healing Potion

The Jonin Meeting ended.

Tsunade went to Orochimaru's residence.

Orochimaru and Jiraiya didn't leave with her because they had been appointed to handle negotiations with the Kiri shinobi.

Tsunade refused on the grounds that she had to make red healing potions with Natsuki.

Arriving at Orochimaru's residence, she stopped in her tracks.

She stood at the door and looked toward the courtyard.

Nawaki was practicing Water Breathing.

Natsuki and his Shadow Clone were practicing Archery, Hiding in Mist Technique, and Hell Viewing Technique.

Tsunade crossed her arms, wondering to herself if this brat was creating some new Ninjutsu again.

She could understand him learning Hiding in Mist Technique and Hell Viewing Technique.

But why practice Archery?

As a Ninja tool, bows were rarely used by shinobi.

First, because they took up space and easily attracted the enemy's attention, making them less compact than Kunai and shuriken.

Second, their startup speed was slow. Between shooting an arrow and directly throwing a Kunai or shuriken, the former definitely took more time.

If it were anyone else, Tsunade would definitely advise them not to waste their time.

But with Natsuki, she would trust him first.

"Sis!"

Nawaki noticed Tsunade and hurriedly waved.

"Natsuki, come over here."

Tsunade nodded and said.

Nawaki's lip twitched.

He felt that Tsunade had been looking for Natsuki more often than for him lately.

"Tsunade-sensei."

Natsuki walked up to her.

He looked up slightly, and his eyelids couldn't help but twitch.

Her already impressive size was accentuated by the way she crossed her arms, making them look ready to burst out.

"Sensei just held a Jonin Meeting."

Tsunade recounted the contents of the Jonin Meeting.

"I have no objection."

Natsuki nodded and said.

Even though Hiruzen was using his red healing potion to win people over, as long as the money reached his hands, it was fine.

"Here's the list."

Tsunade took out a scroll and said, "These are all the Jonin who need to purchase additional red healing potions."

"So soon? Didn't they just get three bottles?"

Natsuki asked curiously.

"For Jonin on dangerous missions, three bottles aren't enough."

Tsunade explained, "These are all Jonin who are about to head out on missions."

"I see."

Natsuki opened the scroll and immediately saw Hatake Sakumo.

His heart stirred, thinking this might be an opportunity for him to project the White Light Chakra Sabre.

"Who's delivering the medicine?"

Natsuki put away the scroll and asked.

"No need to deliver it. Just notify them to come to Konoha Hospital to pick it up."

Tsunade replied.

Natsuki nodded.

If they were coming to pick it up, he could naturally take the opportunity to meet Sakumo.

"Nawaki, Natsuki and I are going to Konoha Hospital."

Tsunade called out to Nawaki, then headed to Konoha Hospital with Natsuki.

Time passed slowly.

The Jonin making extra purchases came to Konoha Hospital one after another to pick up their red healing potions.

In the new week, Natsuki finally met Konoha's White Fang, Hatake Sakumo.

He didn't seem as bloodthirsty as the legends suggested. With a smile on his face, he appeared quite approachable.

His most prominent feature was his head of white hair.

"Sakumo-sama, hello. I'm Natsuki."

Natsuki brought out his prepared excuse, "I've heard of your great name for a long time, especially your swordsmanship, which is incredible."

"So you're Orochimaru's student."

Sakumo said in a hearty tone, "I've heard your name for a long time as well. You're one of the top geniuses in Konoha."

"I have a humble request."

Natsuki continued, "I'd like to see your White Light Chakra Sabre."

"No problem."

Sakumo unhesitatingly took the White Light Chakra Sabre from his back and handed it to him.

The White Light Chakra Sabre was a Chakra short blade, pure white all over, resembling the fang of some giant beast.

Natsuki gripped the White Light Chakra Sabre.

After he channeled Chakra into it, the White Light Chakra Sabre immediately lit up, emitting a faint white glow.

It seemed to be made of some special material, but its hardness was a bit lacking.

Otherwise, it wouldn't have been snapped in Kakashi's hands.

Natsuki had an unlock condition to break a famous Ninja tool in battle, but obviously, he couldn't go and break the White Light Chakra Sabre.

First, he couldn't win in a fight.

Second, they were both Konoha shinobi, so doing so would be inappropriate.

"Thank you."

Natsuki returned the White Light Chakra Sabre to Sakumo and praised, "It truly is a fine blade."

"You flatter me."

Sakumo smiled and took back the White Light Chakra Sabre.

Since he had to go out on a mission, he didn't stay long and left after taking the red healing potions.

Looking at him as he left, Natsuki couldn't help but feel a sense of pity.

In the original work, Sakumo chose to commit suicide because a failed mission caused significant losses.

Of course, it wasn't this mission.

According to the timeline, that event was still several years away.

March arrived as scheduled.

Natsuki's Third Year Class A faced their final exam.

After the exam, they would all move up to the fourth year.

On the Ninja Academy's playground.

The crowd let out bursts of exclamations.

Because Minato had instantly defeated Onodera.

As the fourth-ranked student in Third Year Class A, Onodera's strength wasn't bad.

In the first and second years, he could still trade blows with Minato.

But Minato was progressing too quickly.

Onodera now couldn't even last three rounds against him.

Of course, it wasn't just Minato, but Natsuki as well.

That was how geniuses were. Not only did they show talent early on, but they also realized that talent at an extremely rapid pace.

Onodera had only managed half of that, so he couldn't be considered a true genius.

Minato left the field with a calm expression.

Defeating Onodera left him unmoved. His greatest opponent was Natsuki.

Although he knew he couldn't win, only by fighting could he understand the gap between them and gather information on Natsuki.

"Third round, seventh match: Kira Natsuki versus Namikaze Minato!"

Ishida Yū announced loudly.

"Natsuki, go for it!"

Kushina clenched her small fists and waved.

Minato gave a helpless smile.

The one who needed cheering on was clearly himself.

Minato stepped onto the field and was momentarily stunned.

He saw Natsuki reach out, and a bow appeared before him.

"Fighting with a bow?"

Minato was a bit puzzled.

After all, the bow's drawbacks were too obvious.

Minato didn't overthink it and raised both hands.

Six Kunai flew like venomous snakes toward Natsuki's vital points.

Natsuki quickly drew his bow and fired. Although his speed was fast enough, he still only managed to fire four arrows.

Seeing the remaining two Kunai about to hit him, he directly gripped the bow and swung it fiercely.

Water Breathing: First Form, Water Surface Slash!

The bow acted like a blade, carrying a stream of water that deflected the two Kunai back.

"What kind of swordsmanship is this?"

Minato's pupils constricted, and he couldn't help but show a look of astonishment.

He had never seen Water Breathing before.

"This is a swordsmanship I created myself, Water Breathing."

Natsuki said with a smile.

He had many character templates. Exposing them all was impossible, so he only intended to reveal some common ones.

Furthermore, Water Breathing had already been revealed to Tsunade and the others, and he had even taught it to Nawaki.

Minato was left speechless.

If it were ordinary swordsmanship, he could understand it, but this was clearly Water Release combined with swordsmanship, Nintaijutsu.

Why was someone's self-created Ninjutsu faster than their learning of existing ones?

Minato suppressed his emotions and immediately formed hand signs.

Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere!

A series of wind spheres, like bullets, shot out rapidly.

Water Breathing: Third Form, Flowing Dance!

Natsuki used his bow as a sword, with water swirling around him as he swung his arms rapidly, striking from different directions.

Dull thudding sounds rang out continuously.

That series of wind spheres was actually all sliced apart by him.

Minato became even more silent.

He no longer hesitated and threw a shuriken.

The shuriken vibrated in midair and transformed into countless shuriken.

They were so dense that they looked like dark clouds pressing down over a city, a chilling sight to behold.

This was precisely the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique.

Water Release: Hiding in Mist Technique!

Natsuki clapped his hands together, and a vast amount of mist spread out.

After a month of study, he had already learned Hiding in Mist Technique and Hell Viewing Technique.

First, because he used the Shadow Clone Technique.

Second, because Hiding in Mist Technique and Hell Viewing Technique were only D-rank, so they were not that difficult.

Upon learning Hiding in Mist Technique and Hell Viewing Technique, he also unlocked Smoker's second and third abilities.

"What kind of Ninjutsu is this now?"

Minato immediately showed a look of vigilance.

He retreated quickly, but the mist spread too fast and enveloped him in an instant.

Just then, the smoke surged and condensed into the shape of a white snake, trapping him.

"You've lost, Minato."

Natsuki walked up to him and said with a smile.

Although the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique was powerful, it had a drawback. It was a physical attack.

Minato opened his mouth to speak but stopped.

What happened?

After working hard for a semester, why had the gap between him and Natsuki widened again?

...

The Raikage Building in Kumogakure.

The Third Raikage looked solemnly at the red healing potion on the Raikage's desk.

"My apologies, Raikage-sama."

Dodai bowed slightly and said, "The Medical-nin of the entire village have studied it for half a month and still haven't been able to replicate this red healing potion."

After many Konoha Jonin used red healing potions in battle, villages like Kumo naturally took notice.

To obtain a bottle of this red healing potion, Kumogakure even set a special trap and paid a heavy price.

"Send more shinobi to Konoha."

The Third Raikage said in a deep voice, "Activate all undercover agents. We must find the creator of the red healing potion."

"Yes, Raikage-sama!"

Dodai immediately responded.

He and the Third Raikage both knew very well that this red healing potion would play a massive role on the battlefield.

For Kumogakure, which had always been eyeing Konoha, this was very bad news.
