Chapter 349 - 348: I Support Any Decision My Boyfriend Makes
Jasper Shaw looked down at the two girls, his eyes filled with anger. "Delete the photos."
The two girls who had taken the photos replied almost in unison, "No way."
Jasper Shaw’s expression darkened. He stared at them without saying a word.
"Fine, don’t delete the photos." Chloe Sinclair walked to Jasper Shaw’s side and crossed her arms, a distinct chill in her eyes.
Turning her head to the side, Chloe Sinclair said, "Let’s call the police."
Jasper Shaw nodded emphatically and added, "I’ll contact my company’s lawyer. I’ll have to ask you two ladies to be present when you receive the court summons."
When the two girls heard they were actually being sued, they froze on the spot.
One of them shot back defiantly, "How do you know we took pictures of you? Go on, call the police if you have the guts!"
After all, it wasn’t like the two of them could just forcibly snatch the camera.
And Chloe Sinclair truly wasn’t the type to do something like that.
But seeing their unrepentant expressions, she said in a low voice, "Jasper, call the police!"
Chloe Sinclair had never been one to be pushed around.
Soon, the police arrived at the scene.
The two girls couldn’t get away, and under Jasper Shaw’s watchful eye, they had no opportunity to delete the photos.
When the police scrolled to the photos, the two girls’ faces instantly turned deathly pale.
In the end, they were all taken to the police station.
They learned from the police that the two were sophomores at a local university and also hardcore fans of Adela Armstrong.
After the variety show *Teacher is coming* ended, Summer Armstrong had casually vented to a few of these hardcore fans.
As fans, they heard this and immediately sensed something was wrong. After discussing it amongst themselves, they eventually set their sights on Chloe Sinclair.
The two students were roommates. They had somehow found Chloe Sinclair’s address and had been staking out her place for the past few days.
They had skipped class today specifically to follow Chloe Sinclair. When they saw the intimate moment between her and Jasper Shaw, they decided to go all in, planning to snap photos and sell them to the gossip blogs.
When Jasper Shaw heard this, he was livid.
He looked at the two girls, who were being lectured by an officer in the corner, and said, "I’m sending the summons to you personally. I will also be reporting this to your university."
Hearing this, the two girls swayed on their feet, staring at Jasper Shaw in disbelief.
"W-we already deleted the photos, didn’t we? Why won’t you let us go?"
"Yeah, we only took a few pictures. It’s not like we did anything catastrophic. Do you have to be so relentless...?"
"Relentless?"
Chloe Sinclair suddenly spoke up, her eyes dark. "You don’t have to wait for a full-blown disaster to hold people accountable. Besides, this isn’t us being relentless..."
"...it’s us defending the rights my boyfriend and I are entitled to!"
A flicker of emotion crossed Jasper Shaw’s eyes. He stared at Chloe Sinclair in utter disbelief, and to his surprise, she happened to be looking right back at him.
"I support any decision my boyfriend makes."
With that said, she bid farewell to the police, took Jasper Shaw by the hand, and led him out the main entrance.
’As for the fate of those two students, she couldn’t care less.’
She’d seen the photos they took. ’They were admittedly very good at finding the right angles.’
They hadn’t managed to get a single clear shot of Jasper Shaw’s face. The angles were incredibly crafty, making it impossible to tell who Chloe Sinclair was with.
’If those photos were posted online, she’d probably become the subject of gossip all over again.’
’Though Chloe Sinclair was long used to it, she didn’t want to drag Jasper Shaw into this pointless drama.’
Meanwhile, Jasper Shaw wasn’t in a great mood either.
He was unhappy about being secretly photographed, of course. But at the thought of being caught up in a scandal with Chloe Sinclair, a small part of him was actually faintly pleased.
