The Imperial Martial Pill Venerable

Chapter 382 - 381: Annihilate

The longsword in Qin Ya’s hand unleashed streaks of Sword Light, too sharp to be blocked. The Blood Slave shrieked as its body became covered in sword marks. Amid the churning blood mist, the dense wounds began to heal, but Qin Ya noticed that its recovery speed was slower than before.

’So it’s not unkillable after all.’

Qin Ya smiled coldly. He gathered Thunder-Fire Energy on the edge of his sword and suddenly slashed out. The attack was as fast as lightning. Before the Blood Slave could even react, a long, deep gash appeared on its waist, nearly slicing it in two. As it howled in agony, the churning blood mist only fueled its ferocity. It scrambled forward on all fours, pouncing with its sharp claws.

Not far away, Xuer Kong’s expression was thunderous. He hadn’t expected that even after unshackling the Blood Slave, he still couldn’t kill Qin Ya. He glanced at the other Blood Slave he still held in check, hesitating. But when he thought of the cold killing intent in Qin Ya’s eyes, a crazed look began to dawn in his own!

"You want to kill me? I won’t go down without a fight!"

With a roar, he yanked the chain. The remaining Blood Slave shrieked and charged at Qin Ya. Just like that, Qin Ya found himself besieged by two Blood Slaves!

Vicious claw-winds assailed him from all sides as blood-red talons swiped through the air. Qin Ya’s footwork shifted as he dodged, his ears filled with the low, furious growls of the Blood Slaves. Their crimson eyes glinted with savage cruelty. With a flick of his longsword, Qin Ya forcefully severed the arm of the second Blood Slave. A piteous howl instantly echoed through the area.

Xuer Kong’s eyes turned crimson. He watched as Qin Ya, even under the combined assault of two Blood Slaves, moved with ease. Worse, he was using the sharpness of his Spiritual Artifact to steadily inflict damage on them. It looked like Qin Ya’s victory was only a matter of time. Xuer Kong’s breathing grew heavy, his heart pounded. A feeling of indignation welled up within him, followed by a thick wave of fear. He couldn’t believe that two Blood Slaves weren’t enough to kill Qin Ya!

A Blood Slave’s combat power was comparable to a Half-Step King! Once unbound, their strength would shock even a Half-Step King! But Qin Ya was just a Sky-Controlling Perfection Martial Artist! How could he possess such terrifying combat strength?!

"Qin Ya!!"

Xuer Kong clenched his teeth so hard that blood trickled from his gums. The venomous hatred in his eyes looked like it could devour Qin Ya whole, yet he was completely powerless!!

With a furious roar, he abruptly unshackled the other Blood Slave. Immediately after, his body shot like a tempest toward the mountain cave. He knew that staying here was a death sentence; his only hope was to use the Blood Slaves to tie down Qin Ya while he escaped into the labyrinth. With the advantage of the terrain, he might just survive the chase!

’Trying to escape? How absurd!’

Qin Ya’s gaze went cold. An eruption of Thunder and Fire blasted the two Blood Slaves away. In the next instant, his figure blurred as he fully unleashed the Mysterious Speed Second Layer Heaven. Amid a sonic boom, the silhouette of a Dharma Aspect slowly materialized behind him, and his speed increased by another thirty percent. Just as Xuer Kong was about to enter the cave, Qin Ya sent him flying with a single kick!

At that moment, however, the two Blood Slaves ignored Qin Ya and pounced into the crowd. One of them casually grabbed a Martial Artist who tried to resist but was powerless. Opening a massive, bloody maw that took up more than half of its face, it viciously bit the man’s head off. CRUNCH, CRUNCH... The sound of it chewing echoed, making everyone’s skin crawl.

The Blood Slave’s talons tore lightly, easily ripping off the Martial Artist’s thigh before it began gnawing on it. The gory scene terrified the onlookers. Just then, a brocade-robed old man—the one with the highest cultivation in the crowd—stepped forward. With a roar, Wind and Thunder Power surged around him as he blasted a majestic Palm Qi toward the Blood Slave. "Die!"

But the Blood Slave was savage. It didn’t dodge or evade, taking the Palm Qi head-on without sustaining any injury. It then lunged at the old man, moving so fast that even he, a Half-Step King, couldn’t track it with his eyes. He had to rely on his Divine Thought to barely evade a swipe of its claws. Meanwhile, the other Blood Slave was being held in a stalemate by the combined efforts of the remaining crowd!

"Damn it, this Blood Slave’s defense is too strong! We can’t break through!"

"Look out, get back!"

"Damn you, Xuer Kong! Make these two monsters stop!"

"Qin Ya, make Xuer Kong stop them!"

Not far away, Xuer Kong smiled cruelly and said, "Heh, it’s impossible now. After their chains are unbound, no one can control them."

"They are like greedy beasts, craving blood and flesh."

"Hahaha..."

As he finished, Xuer Kong burst into wild laughter. A cold glint flashed in Qin Ya’s eyes as he replied coldly, "They want to eat, is that it? Then let them eat!"

As soon as the words left his mouth, an endless torrent of Thunder Power erupted, blasting instantly toward Xuer Kong!

Xuer Kong wasn’t one to be taken easily; his Blood-Colored Dharma Aspect began to Condense. But Qin Ya ignored it. His eyes were glacial with killing intent as he unleashed his Mysterious Speed. His velocity surged, actually surpassing the speed at which the Blood-Colored Dharma Aspect could form, allowing him to slam the Thunder Power directly into Xuer Kong’s body!

Xuer Kong spat out a mouthful of blood as the tyrannical Thunder Power instantly surged into his body, wreaking havoc. His expression changed drastically. He unleashed his True Essence to resist the Thunder, but he could still feel waves of paralysis creeping through his body. Seeing his chance, Qin Ya reached out with a cold expression, grabbed Xuer Kong by the shoulder, and hurled him toward one of the Blood Slaves!

"No, don’t!"

Realizing Qin Ya’s intent, Xuer Kong’s face flooded with terror, but his howls for mercy were futile. In an instant, his body was flying toward the Blood Slave. Lacking any real intelligence and driven by bloodlust, the creature saw the figure flying toward it, caught him with one claw, and then ripped. A spray of blood filled the air!

"AAAAAHHH..."

A horrific, blood-curdling scream echoed through the air. With only the lower half of his body left, Xuer Kong remained alive due to the powerful Life Force of a Martial Artist, letting out agonizing howls!

"Save me... save me..."

He had barely managed to get the words out before the Blood Slave bit off his head, silencing him for good. Qin Ya watched with cold eyes, an image of the town flashing through his mind. He snorted, raised his Ting Xiao Sword, and a Mysterious wave of energy began to spread. Ice, Fire, Thunder, and Wind—four energies started to converge.

Everyone’s hearts leaped into their throats as they hastily retreated.

The two Blood Slaves also seemed to sense that Qin Ya was the greatest threat present. With a shriek, they abandoned everyone else and lunged straight for him.

Qin Ya snorted. The immense Power of Nature condensed to its absolute limit, gathering on the edge of his sword. ’But it’s not enough,’ he thought. ’Not enough to destroy the Blood Slaves in one strike.’ Without hesitation, the Mysteries of Destruction materialized, amplifying the Power of Nature. The Ting Xiao Sword began to tremble uncontrollably, emitting waves of sharp hums, as if in excitement!

With a low shout, Qin Ya unleashed his full power. A magnificent and brilliant slash of Sword Qi cut across the sky. As the Sword Qi hung in the air, its rampaging might caused the very Space around it to twist and distort. The two Blood Slaves let out uneasy, terrified shrieks. For the first time, a look of dread appeared in their crimson pupils. Their figures shot backward as they actually tried to flee!

But the Sword Qi filled the sky, moving with incredible speed and locking down the surrounding Space. How could the two Blood Slaves possibly escape? With a final, agonizing wail, the rampaging Sword Qi made contact. RIIIP! Their tough bodies were torn apart as if they were made of paper.

The blood mist churned, attempting to regenerate them, but the raging Sword Qi completely obliterated their bodies. No matter how strong their healing ability, they did not possess a true Undying Body. Amid their final, despairing roars, the two Blood Slaves were engulfed by the Sword Qi and reduced to nothing but a bloody mist!
