John snorted disdainfully.
"Who are you trying to boast to? How can you prove your daughter is more talented than my son?"
"Don’t forget your daughter was knocked down by my son!"
Cecilia got angry at this.
Emma could have easily dealt with that little chubby kid, but she insisted on pretending to be foolish to solve the problem instead. Who knew where she learned that from?
The teacher also chimed in with advice, "Mr. Brut is a retired world champion. Now, he is the chief judge for all Taekwondo coaches in the province, and he has trained thousands of kids. He can spot talent at a glance, and even the mayor gives him respect..."
Cecilia raised an eyebrow. No wonder he was so arrogant. He certainly had some skills, but Kenny was no match for Emma. That was the truth.
She said to the teacher, "No worries, I’ll find a professional to prove that my daughter has talent."
John chuckled contemptuously because, in his mind, no one in the city was more professional than him.
"Alright, but before that, don’t let her share a classroom with Kenny. I’m afraid my son will cripple her again!
