    Lin Zou, a modern-day corporate drone, transmigrates to the East Berlin Black Market, becoming a heavily indebted gofer.
    His only cheat is a half-baked intelligence system.

    He uses his fragmentary memories and reasoning to get ahead of the game:
    Hoarding goods to cash out, cross-border profiteering, exporting optical instruments, and arbitraging chemical machinery...
    In the cracks between the Black Market, Stasi surveillance, and the Economic Mutual Aid Committee's trade, he turns the tables and gets rich.
    From a low-level thug in the Black Market, he climbs all the way up within the Cold War's undercurrent to become the “King of Intelligence” who influences the tide.
    Until the Stasi comes knocking—they want him to be an even more dangerous pawn...
