True Apocalypse Game

Chapter 219 - 213: B-61 Tactical Nuclear Warhead

Hall snorted coldly. As he watched the slaughter unfolding in the darkness, he lowered his voice and said,

"This stuff comes from an Eagle Country military lab. The two viruses from the global super-plagues aren’t just incredibly deadly; they also possess another kind of power. The Eagle Country military has always been trying to mass-produce super-soldiers with it. What I brought is the latest prototype, and I still have some left. If you don’t want to turn into a monster that rots to death two days after injection, feel free to give yourself a shot."

Hearing Hall’s words, Ivanovic shuddered. He shook his head and said,

"Damn it. You Eagle Country people are completely inhuman. These mercenaries are so pitiful... Still, to give their lives for the Purification is an honor, in a way."

"Shut up. When the day of Purification arrives, there will be no nations left in this world. We will all be the supreme Purifiers." Hall said coldly, squinting at the slaughter in the darkness as he lit a cigarette.

Ivanovic nodded and said,

"Correct. We are all Purifiers. Humanity has become so corrupt, the Purification of this world is inevitable. All we need to do is give that teetering boulder a little push... Are you sure you know where those things are?"

"Rest assured." Hall said, then cut off two more palms and strode toward the base’s main complex.

There, a massacre was unfolding in the dead of night.

After clearing out the guards on the exterior of the base, Kavan had already led his mercenary team into the barracks and begun reaping the lives of the sleeping soldiers.

The mercenaries now possessed superhuman strength and speed. They moved through the darkness as if unopposed; most of the soldiers were still asleep when their hearts were pierced or their throats were slit.

The few soldiers who were startled awake had no time to resist, and were cut down after letting out just a few cries.

A little over ten minutes later, every Eagle Country soldier stationed at the base had been killed without a sound. From beginning to end, not a single shot was fired.

The massive power outage at Incirlik Base, combined with the late hour, perfectly concealed everything that had happened.

However, Hall knew they had to move quickly. Otherwise, the Eagle Country Central Theater Command Headquarters would definitely become aware of the situation here.

They had to evacuate within the hour, at the latest.

Under Hall’s command, the mercenaries quickly breached the underground vault of Girlik Air Force Base.

The vault’s interior resembled that of a bank, with its own independent backup power system, surrounded by two layers of security fencing and surveillance cameras.

A dozen or so guards were stationed here, but they didn’t even have time to realize what was happening before Kavan and his men riddled them with bullets.

After all, the underground vault was extremely well soundproofed, so they had no fear of being noticed from outside.

Hall stepped forward and used the base commander’s iris and fingerprints to open the inner sanctum of the vault.

The massive alloy door slid open slowly, revealing rows of metal lockers to the group.

Hall smiled faintly. He stepped forward, entered a passcode, and pressed a button. One of the lockers immediately opened, revealing a metallic cone inside.

A B-61 tactical nuclear warhead.
