The entrance was surrounded by four black pillars, and a terrifying energy sealed it shut. Director Li took out a silver key, inserted it into a keyhole on one of the pillars, and gave it a twist. The energy of the seal split apart, forming a pathway.
"I’ll be out here to provide support," Director Li said to Chen Yu.
Chen Yu nodded. He then took the first step, walking into the Abyssal Space-Time Gate.
The other three followed close behind him, entering the Abyssal Space-Time Gate as well.
In the blink of an eye, the four of them had vanished.
Seeing this, Director Li removed the key. The crack in the energy field mended itself, sealing the entrance once more.
