Chapter 28: Tomorrow Again!?
Walking down a long, well lit grand hall with his expressions clearly twisted from some sort of negative emotion, one of the Legia's leader, Augustus, mutters to himself as he finally got out of the witch's place, his twisted expression getting even worse as he thinks of how well those other treated the person who was left behind the dust by them.
"It's always he's like this he's like that, the bastard is a trash who couldn't even ascend to the second floor for over a decade, and now that he starts climbing again, they all starts paying attention to him!?" thinking about how easily that person who was left behind by him regains the attention of the others, particularly the witch that he is interested in, Augustus starts gritting his teeth in immense anger, his mind already clouded by the intense emotion making him order his subordinates to do something that might just make him the enemy of the other five Legias.
"What is it that you want us to accomplish, leader?" using a device to contact a certain member of his Legia, Augustus looks at the figure in the holographic screen, this figure's appearance being obscured by the mask on top of their face, with the only thing that can be used to identify them being their voice, which is clearly distorted by some sort of artifact as well.
Hearing the inquiry of this subordinate of his, Augustus sent all the images that were taken of the young man the six of them were previously talking about, before bringing down an order to the man dutifully listening to him on the other side of the line.
"Search for this person and make sure that he won't ascend any higher than the second floor, but be sure that you won't kill him in broad daylight, that person is being watched by a lot of power..." Augustus starts explaining, earning nothing less than a nod of absolute agreement from the person on the other side of the line, said person nodding at his order without any hesitation and question on their part.
"We will make sure to give you great news as soon as possible, leader" the figure assured as they place their hand on their chest, just above their hearts, a clear salute within their ranks, their words making Augustus smile as he nods in satisfaction to their words.
"Oh, another thing, that bastard is often exploring alone and has quite the troublesome ability, be sure to deal with him thoroughly or else it will be quite the trouble if you need to eliminate him for a second time" Augustus reminded, making the person on the other side of the line wonder just what is it that makes this target really troublesome, after all, they are on a far higher floor than him while this target is just someone challenging the second floor right now.
"If I may ask, leader, what is it that makes him so troublesome if we can't thoroughly deal with him the first time? I think we can just cripple him and be done with it right?" the subordinate ask, making the leader shake his head as he starts explaining the ability of their target.
