Su Yun sensitively caught the coldness in Jiang Chen’s eyes and knew that he still had some doubts about her. If she didn’t do as he said, he might very well take matters into his own hands.

Two dialogue boxes appeared on the screen: one asked to set the self-destruct countdown start time, and the other asked to set the countdown duration.
"What does this self-destruct countdown start time mean?" Jiang Chen asked, puzzled as he looked at Su Yun.
"The self-destruct countdown start time," Su Yun explained, "is the time when the self-destruct countdown you set afterward kicks off. I told you before, once the self-destruct countdown starts, the whole base will be alerted, and you can only set the self-destruct countdown start time to a maximum of 5 minutes!"
She paused for a moment, then again advised, "Don’t set off the self-destruct. Once you do, we’ll only have five minutes of safety. We can’t possibly escape the garrison in five minutes. Once they know the self-destruct has been activated, they will definitely seal off the place. Then, none of us will be able to escape."
"They won’t seal off the garrison!"
Jiang Chen spoke firmly, "In your base here, they’ve built a very large arsenal. I’m quite certain that the garrison’s weapons store is located inside that large arsenal above us. If this place self-destructs, it’s very likely to detonate the arsenal above as well. It’s impossible for the people inside to seal off the garrison—in fact, when the alert goes off, they’ll be desperate to escape."
