Incubus Lord: Lust Harem System

Chapter 225: The Plan

Damon stood in the center of the cave, the firelight casting long shadows across the stone walls.

The women gathered around him, their attention fixed on his words.

"Here’s the plan," he said.

"We have ninety-seven days left in this realm. That’s enough time to make real progress if we use it right."

Ariel sat cross-legged on the bed, her trident resting beside her. "What do you have in mind?"

"Split training," he said.

"Each of you has a new technique or bloodline to master. You need time to practice, to integrate, to make them your own."

Mio leaned against the wall, her arms crossed. "And what about you?"

"I’ll be training too. But I’ll also be helping each of you individually."

"How?" Mia asked.

He smiled.

"The same way I’ve been helping. The Yin-Yang Harem Scripture works best when I’m directly involved. I’ll rotate between you, spending time with each of you to accelerate your cultivation."

Seraphina spoke up from the corner where she sat. "That’s a lot of women to rotate through."

"I can handle it."

Alena raised an eyebrow. "I’m sure you can."

Flare was quiet, still recovering from her ordeal. But she was listening, her eyes tracking Damon’s movements.

"Here’s the schedule," Damon said. "Morning training, individual practice. Afternoon sparring, group combat drills. Evening cultivation, dual cultivation rotations."

"That’s intense," Mio said.

"That’s the point. The tournament isn’t going to be easy. The Reventon family wants me dead. Kai is just the beginning."

"What about Lark?" Ariel asked.

"He is not my concern. My concern is making sure all of you are strong enough to survive whatever comes."

He looked around the cave, meeting each woman’s eyes in turn.

"Any questions?"

No one spoke.

"Good. Then let’s begin."

*****

The first day set the pattern for everything that followed.

Morning came early, the pale, grey-gold light filtering through the cave entrance in long, slanted beams as the group rose and prepared in near silence.

The air outside was cool and clean, carrying the faint mineral scent of stone and wild earth, the kind of crisp stillness that preceded real work.

Ariel was first to the training ground, a broad flat stretch of pale stone before the cave mouth.

Her dark blue hair was already bound back, her vivid eyes settling into quiet focus as she summoned her trident with a single practized thought.

The weapon materialized in a low pulse of watery blue light, and she moved through the Tidal Sovereign Art, each form flowing into the next, her footwork clean, her transitions fluid.

Mio joined her minutes later, stretching before falling into her own rhythm at the far edge of the stone platform.

She practized the Void Arrow Technique, conjuring arrows of compressed darkness that released in crackling silence, vanishing on impact without a mark.

The absence of sound was its own violence. Her purple eyes tracked each vanishing point with quiet satisfaction.

Mia had made herself invisible, training at the cave wall’s shadowed edge.

Her slight figure flickered in and out of sight as she worked through the Shadow Sovereign Art — soundless, dissolving into darkness and reappearing metres away.

Her daggers manifested from shadow and returned to it.

Occasionally the morning light caught the faint purple shimmer of her eyes before she vanished again.

Seraphina had settled into a cross-legged position away from the others, her back straight, her expression composed.

The Azure Dragon Bloodline was powerful — almost violently so — and she was still learning to carry its weight.

A faint, restless blue luminescence moved across her skin in slow pulses, flowing along the lines of her meridians as she cycled qi through her body in deliberate, careful circuits.

The dragon’s essence pressed back against her control like a tide testing a dam, and though her jaw tightened slightly with the effort of it, she did not break her composure. She was determined to make it her own, no matter how long it took.

At the edge of the camp, well back from the sparring ground, Alena had set up a compact alchemy station with the quiet efficiency of someone who had done it a hundred times in far worse conditions.

Her collection of gathered herbs was laid out in careful rows across a flat stone surface, each one measured and separated before she would so much as consider touching it again.

Her rich brown hair fell forward slightly as she worked, her sharp forest-green eyes narrowed in concentration, one hand poised over a delicate pair of measuring scales while the other hovered above a small spirit flame she’d kindled to the exact temperature she required.

She was meticulous to the point of severity, lips pressed into a faint line of focus, occasionally adjusting a single ingredient by a fraction before reluctantly proceeding. There was no haste in her, and no wasted motion.

Flare sat apart from all of them, positioned on a low, flat boulder at the far edge of the stone platform with her back half-turned to the group.

Her eyes were closed, her fiery-red hair drifting slowly in the morning breeze, and her breathing was measured — long, steady exhales that carried a faint warmth with them. She was still recovering.

The catastrophic fire qi overload had come closer to destroying her than she would ever acknowledge aloud, and her body was not yet fully her own again.

But the Phoenix Bloodline was quietly, relentlessly at work beneath the surface, threading new vitality through each rebuilt meridian, reforging her from the inside out with a slow, meticulous fire.

She wasn’t training yet. But she wasn’t absent, either.

Her sharp orange eyes would open occasionally, tracking the others’ movements for a moment before closing again, and there was a quality to her stillness that suggested she was filing everything away.

Damon stood at the mouth of the cave and watched all of them, taking it in without speaking.

The sense of satisfaction that settled into his chest was quiet and absolute.

He let his golden eyes move from woman to woman — Ariel’s clean, sweeping forms, Mio’s silent volleys, Mia’s ghost-like flicker, Seraphina’s controlled endurance, Alena’s exacting focus, Flare’s stubborn, patient recovery — and felt the weight of it fully.

These were his women.

His harem.

The foundation of his strength.

And when the tournament came, and the Reventon family came with it, every single one of them was going to be unstoppable.

He pushed off the wall and walked toward the training ground to begin.
