Chapter 10 : White Fang’s Sword Skill
That evening, Haruto Edogawa lay quietly on his bed, replaying the fight against Sasuke Uchiha in his mind.
I may have won, he thought, but it was barely a win.In terms of physical strength, chakra capacity, and even ninjutsu, Sasuke had the advantage.
But realistically, Sasuke was still just a talented academy student. There was a huge gap between him and the elite shinobi Haruto knew he'd eventually face—Itachi Uchiha, Nagato (Pain), Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, and even Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. If he wanted to reach that level, relying on his cheat system alone might not be enough.
Honestly, most of the skills I've farmed from early dungeons won't hold up in the late game. Only a few techniques were truly viable long-term.
He sighed. What I really need are high-tier bloodlines—Sage Body, Sharingan, Rinnegan—these weren't luxuries, they were requirements.
As for ninjutsu, a few stood out: Rasengan, Flying Thunder God, and a handful of abilities used by top-tier shinobi.
But the problem was acquiring them.
The system only gives skills after defeating bosses—ridiculously overpowered ones. Some of them were so absurd that even if they stood still and let him hit them, he still wouldn't do real damage.
He rolled over with a groan.
"Ugh, this is so frustrating..."
If he wanted to reach Kage-level strength, he needed to focus—at least for now. Ninjutsu and genjutsu required too many variables: chakra control, elemental affinities, chakra volume, technique mastery.Taijutsu, on the other hand, was simple—just raise strength and speed.
