Chapter 2709 - 2710: Battle with the Bandit Ancestor
Chapter 2709: Chapter 2710: Battle with the Bandit Ancestor
Although Ye Luo was aware that after this turmoil, there would surely be forces returning, this would take some time! Moreover, with many forces, a wave of contention over resources was inevitable. Thus, now is the perfect opportunity for the development of the Wudang Sect!"Reporting to the Sect Leader, after King of Huainan’s troops withdrew, indeed a group of cultivators appeared, but they were merely bandits. Among these bandits, it’s rumored there’s an expert close to the Martial King realm sitting in command. These bandits are different from others, specializing in stealing minerals with over a hundred miners under them!" Xiao Wu said.
His expression was somewhat awkward, after all, he went out for many days, only to bring back such a message!
Not to mention, how can those bandits be suitable to become disciples! Wouldn’t it mean turning into a den of thieves?
But Ye Luo didn’t think so. He was developing forces here just to deal with the Great Crown Prince’s task. As for long-term development, he hadn’t considered it at all!
Therefore, as long as they are cultivators, it’s fine. Not obedient? Ye Luo had many ways to discipline them.
"You said there are over a hundred miners?" Ye Luo asked immediately.
Xiao Wu nodded, bewildered, "Indeed, but those miners, firstly, are of poor aptitude, and secondly, with years of mining, their cultivation is extremely low. Some are merely strong in physique and don’t understand cultivation at all!"
This point, Ye Luo naturally understood. Miners are exploited, where would they get resources for cultivation? Being able to eat well and not starve to death is already fortunate.
However, this was not a problem at all for Ye Luo.
"You just take me there!"
After hearing this, Xiao Wu could only lead the way. The location of those bandits was not far, and it was likely these bandits had heard about cultivators fleeing this area and deliberately came here to steal minerals.
Sure enough, Xiao Wu directly led Ye Luo to a site outside a huge mine. This mine was presumably under the jurisdiction of a powerful force before, but when the force hurriedly fled, the mine was left idle.
The facilities in this mine were intact, mining could commence directly.
Indeed, those bandits were quite clever.
