Chapter 1161: Competing for the Arena
Zhang Tianheng’s gaze swept across the thousands of people in the square as he began, "The Green Ranking Tournament is divided into four days. On the first day, the top five hundred will advance; on the second day, the top one hundred will advance; on the third day, the top ten will be decided; and the final day will be a ranking match for the top ten to determine their final positions in the Green Rankings."
"The top ten finishers in the Green Rankings will each receive a reward provided jointly by eleven top-tier powers, including my Mount Tai Sect. As for what the rewards entail, you will find out on the fourth day."
"But I can assure you that the rewards will definitely be worth your while, even giving you a chance to soar to great heights. However, whether you can seize this reward depends on your own efforts, and whether you can make it into the top ten."
"At that time, I will also present a reward on behalf of the Dragon Pavilion to the top ten finishers!"
At this point, Long Xiaotian suddenly stood up and addressed the audience.
"Now that even the Pavilion Master of the Dragon Pavilion has spoken, I believe the rewards for the top ten in this Green Ranking will definitely be substantial. I hope all of you cherish this opportunity and strive to enter the top ten, not only to honor yourselves but also to claim tremendous rewards!"
After Zhang Tianheng’s speech, he continued, "Now let me explain today’s competition rules, which I believe all of you have seen the twenty-five stages already set up here."
"Today’s rules are simple. All participants of the Green Ranking Tournament will be divided into twenty teams, each team given the time of a single incense stick to compete for the ownership of these twenty-five stages."
"Once the incense stick burns out, the twenty-five individuals who remain on these stages will advance to tomorrow’s competition, while those who haven’t will unfortunately be eliminated."
Upon hearing Zhang Tianheng’s words, the participants of the Green Ranking Tournament started bustling with discussions, their expressions turning serious and solemn.
