Chapter 1090: Battle with Fang Yan Again
After becoming someone else, Ye Luo continued to wander around Heng Mountain, searching for the whereabouts of Lingxu Grass.
Suddenly, his Clairvoyant Eye spotted a familiar figure, a very familiar one—Fang Yan.
The first enemy Ye Luo encountered in Zhonghai had always caused him trouble, and each time Fang Yan had luckily escaped. Unexpectedly, they met here, but what Fang Yan was doing filled Ye Luo’s eyes with shock.
In a secluded mountain ravine, Fang Yan was sitting cross-legged, forming hand seals, his brows furrowed with thick malevolent energy, and his body emitting an endless sinister aura.
Floating in front of him was one of the three great evil weapons, the Canine God, which at that moment was releasing a terrifying energy that enveloped the dozen or so Cultivators of the Hua Yuan Realm Fifth Level and above around Fang Yan.
Streams of vital essence were being sucked out from their bodies into the evil weapon, Canine God, then slowly flowing into Fang Yan’s body, causing his strength to soar.
As their essences were continuously drained, their hair turned white, and their faces were covered with wrinkles; each looked close to death, their life forces thoroughly depleted.
"Fang Yan, you truly are a cold-blooded beast. I wholeheartedly treated you well and helped you so much, yet you so cruelly harm the Sanyuan Sect’s masters and use such an evil weapon to absorb others’ essence for cultivation; you are utterly insane."
Beside him, an elderly man with white hair and a wrinkled face lay on the ground, staring furiously at Fang Yan. He was Fang Yan’s master.
"Master, shouldn’t a master help his disciple increase his strength more effectively? Today is the day you, as my master, complete your disciple. You don’t need to hate me, let all this hatred fall on my enemy, Ye Luo—because of him, all this happened."
Fang Yan, his face sinister, spoke with endless evil energy in his eyes, his whole being like an evil spirit that had fallen into a dark abyss, exuding a rich evil aura.
The Canine God furiously absorbed all the vital essence from those Sanyuan Sect masters, and then it surged into Fang Yan’s body.
