Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme

Victor and his entire family traveled toward the Morningstar Estate in a luxurious supercar.

Tiana and Noelle sat in the back, chatting excitedly without a pause. Victor was behind the wheel, while his father, Eric, sat quietly in the front passenger seat. An awkward silence lingered between father and son, and Eric seemed unsure of what to say.

From time to time, Eric tried to join conversations with his wife and daughter, but his attention would inevitably return to Victor. Finally, he took a deep breath and gathered his courage.

"Son, I am happy for you. Diana is a good girl," he said softly.

"Thanks, Dad. I hope you will take care of the family while I am gone," Victor replied calmly.

Eric was stunned. He had not expected Victor to answer him so naturally. For a moment, he simply stared ahead as warm tears welled up in his eyes.

He said nothing. He only nodded quietly.

"Hmm."

Tiana had heard their brief exchange. She felt as though a heavy stone had finally been lifted from her chest. Tears soon gathered in her own eyes as well.

"Don’t cry. Today is a big day. Don’t ruin your makeup, or you won’t look good in front of your in-laws," Noelle said with a helpless smile. She was happy too, but if everyone started crying, the atmosphere would become far too emotional.

"I’m not crying. You’re crying," Tiana immediately wiped away her tears and said with a small snort.

Noelle did not argue. She simply smiled.

For some reason, at that moment, the world seemed exceptionally beautiful.

After traveling for a while, the supercar finally came to a stop outside the Morningstar Estate. Everyone opened the doors and stepped out.

Hundreds of maids and servants were already standing outside, their expressions filled with reverence. Almost every member of the Morningstar family was present, except for a few of Diana’s cousins who were helping her prepare.

"Welcome, Brother Eric. Did you have any trouble on the way?" Diana’s father stepped forward with a warm smile.

"We had no trouble at all. Thank you for asking," Eric replied politely.

"Welcome, Your Highness. We are honored by your presence," the younger generation, butlers, maids, and servants greeted Victor respectfully.

Victor waved his hand lightly.

"No need to be so formal. I’m going to become a part of this family soon."

His words immediately eased the stiff atmosphere.

After greeting Eric, Diana’s father warmly welcomed Tiana and then Noelle as well. The atmosphere quickly became lively, filled with laughter and pleasant conversation.

"Brat, you really came here after becoming this powerful. How does it feel?" Elyndros finally asked with a mischievous smile.

"Ah, it feels great, old man. I’m finally going to take your granddaughter away from you," Victor replied in the same teasing tone.

Elyndros’s expression immediately darkened.

"Hmph! You’d better treat her well. Otherwise, this old man will become a ghost and haunt you every single day."

Everyone burst into laughter.

Amid the laughter and playful banter, they entered the main palace of the Morningstar family.

They proceeded directly to the grand hall, where a massive table had already been prepared. It was covered with exotic delicacies and exquisite wines, while soft music drifted through the hall.

The pleasant aroma filling the air made the entire gathering feel warm and luxurious.

Everyone eventually took their seats. After all, this was an important formal family gathering.

"Where is Diana?" Tiana asked while chatting with Roseline, Diana’s mother.

"She’ll be here soon," Roseline replied with a gentle smile.

Meanwhile, the men discussed various matters concerning the world. They talked about newly emerging powerhouses, the destruction caused by the demons, and other major events that had occurred recently.

Noelle was chatting with several of Diana’s female cousins.

Victor, however, sat quietly with a regal bearing, his presence naturally commanding attention. The younger generation frequently glanced in his direction, unable to hide their fascination with him.

"So, what are your plans for the future?" Elyndros suddenly asked.

Victor fell silent for a moment.

There was something he needed to tell them. Soon, he would have to disappear for at least ninety years.

"A lot has happened recently. Soon, I’ll introduce you to the Cosmic Human Race and the Elven Race. Once that happens, you’ll be able to venture into the universe yourselves," Victor said solemnly.

"As for my own plans, a massive apocalypse is approaching the universe. Several ancient rulers contacted me some time ago, and I’ll have to enter a long period of seclusion soon."

He paused before continuing.

"Before that happens, I’ll make sure Earth is properly connected to the universe. Humanity is far too behind in terms of knowledge and technology compared to the other civilizations."

The moment Victor finished speaking, the conversations throughout the hall gradually ceased.

Everyone’s expression became serious.

Only now did they remember exactly who Victor was. Although they had been able to live peacefully under his protection, Victor himself carried enormous responsibilities on his shoulders.

"Don’t make things so gloomy," Victor said with a faint smile. "Diana will become sad. I’ll be taking her with me, so there’s no need for everyone to worry."

Diana’s father and mother quietly breathed a sigh of relief.

If their daughter had married Victor only to watch him disappear immediately afterward, they would have been deeply worried about her. Knowing that Diana would accompany him eased their concerns considerably.

"Brother, how long are we talking about?" Noelle asked sadly.

"Several decades," Victor replied.

"Can I go with you as well?"

Victor looked at her for a moment before smiling.

"Well, I was already planning to take you somewhere suitable for cultivation. So yes, I’ll take you with me. You need to become stronger as well."

He genuinely wanted to help Noelle grow stronger.

Besides, she possessed a mysterious inheritance obtained from a dungeon. Victor still wanted to uncover the identity of her mysterious master. Was that person connected to the Demonic Dragon Race, or did they belong to an entirely different faction?

Before Victor could think any further, a faint sound of footsteps suddenly came from the entrance.

Everyone turned toward the door.

Victor’s eyes widened.

His heart began pounding like war drums.

"Damn. How can someone be allowed to be this beautiful?" he couldn’t help but mutter.

Diana slowly entered the hall.

She wore an elegant ocean-blue gown that perfectly complemented her graceful figure. Her hair had been carefully styled into an exquisite design, while a touch of light makeup accentuated her already stunning features.

At that moment, Diana looked almost ethereal.

Her eyes soon landed on Victor.

For a brief moment, she froze.

Her heart seemed to leap into her chest as she noticed the way he was looking at her.

"He looks so handsome."

A faint blush spread across her cheeks, and she immediately looked away.

Victor’s gaze was so intense that she felt as though he might devour her with his eyes alone.

The sight made her heart beat even faster.

Soon, Diana, accompanied by several of her cousins, walked toward the sofas where everyone was seated. They stopped in front of Victor and greeted him respectfully.

"Greetings, Your Highness."

Victor smiled and waved his hand.

"You guys can just call me brother-in-law."

Diana’s cheeks immediately turned even redder.

"Shameless," she muttered under her breath.

"Heh heh! Didn’t I tell you she would blush really hard?" Noelle said teasingly, unable to hide her amusement.

"What would a little brat like you know, huh?" Victor immediately reached over and pinched her cheek.

"Ow! Brother!"

Diana chuckled softly before turning toward the others.

"Hello, Uncle. Hello, Auntie. Hello, Noelle."

She then sat down beside her cousins.

Diana’s father immediately put on an exaggerated expression of sadness.

"Sigh! It’s true. Once daughters grow up, they become distant. My precious baby girl didn’t even greet her own father first. She went straight to greeting her in-laws."

Roseline maintained her gentle smile as she reached over and gave his hand a hard pinch.

"Ouch!"

Robert nearly cried out, quickly suppressing his voice when he noticed everyone’s amused expressions.

"Now that everyone is here, shall we discuss the date of the wedding ceremony?" Tiana asked with a smile.

Victor nodded slightly.

"About that, we need to finish everything within seven days. I don’t have much time left."

His tone became solemn.

The atmosphere immediately quieted down. Everyone understood that Victor’s words were not an exaggeration. He had important matters waiting for him, and he could not afford to delay for too long.

"Of course," Elyndros said. "Then the ceremony will be held three days from now."

Diana’s expression changed instantly.

"What? How much time do you have left? What are you talking about?"

The color drained from her face as she looked toward Victor.

Noelle immediately leaned closer with a mischievous smile.

"Ah, don’t worry. Brother said he’ll take you with him. There’s no need to panic."

Only then did Diana relax.

"Hmph! I wasn’t panicking. I just wanted to know what this stinky man was planning to do."

Despite her words, the smile that had disappeared from her face quickly returned.

Victor couldn’t help but chuckle.

With that, the arrangements were finalized.

Victor and Diana’s wedding ceremony was scheduled for November 5th.
