Peter Brown was also curious about Bright Light City. After preparing for a while and feeling there were no more issues, he headed towards Bright Light City.

Bright Light City was an artefact city of the Grand Artifact Sect, home to two million people. Not an exceptionally large city, yet Shelton had firmly controlled it. From Shelton’s consciousness, it was known that any lone entrants were inevitably captured and modified by Shelton’s intelligent robot army.

This modification created intelligent beings, which were, frankly speaking, not much different from Shelton’s intelligent robots—in essence, genetic beings.

The transformation stimulated the human body’s entire potential and injected some changes, achieving ultimate strength. However, this did not meet Shelton’s goal. He wanted an immortal army, but even though he succeeded and invented the corresponding potions, those who retained wisdom hid these abilities.

Now that Peter Brown knew which potion had what ability, his task became simple: locate the potion, have robots produce it, and inject it into the bodies of the one hundred thousand soldiers.

Just as Peter Brown reached the city gate, he saw guards stationed there.

Looking around, Peter Brown nodded secretly. Judging by appearances, these guards appeared ordinary, indistinguishable from any human. Even when he inspected using divine sense, no differences were discerned.

Using the energy network, Peter Brown issued a command to the gate-guarding soldiers, allowing him to enter Bright Light City smoothly.

Walking along the streets of Bright Light City, Peter Brown noticed the city was not lively, rather somewhat desolate. Few people walked the streets, and those who did were not under control.
