All along, Peter Brown had thought that the Phantom Realm in the First Heaven of the Human Clan was merely a creation of some people from the First Heaven. He now realized it was not so simple; those Phantom Realms set up in the First Heaven are actually manipulated intentionally by some Great Powerholders.

"I’ve seen many different races that aren’t part of the Human Clan in the Human World of the First Heaven; what’s the situation there?"

Imani White said, "Actually, they also belong to Our Human Tribe, but a part of their program is from the Foreign Tribe. It’s some ancient Great Powerholders who made adjustments to the human program settings, some successfully, others unsuccessfully."

Over time, naturally, some new human races appeared."

Peter thought of the various earth races, feeling that those foreigners might have been generated in this manner.
