Hearing Peter Brown inquire about the situation in Rainbow Star City, the waiter replied with a bitter smile, "It’s too chaotic!"

"How did it become so chaotic?"

Peter Brown asked, puzzled.

The waiter said, "Don’t you know the situation? Since the energy in the Primordial Energy Mountains dissipated, the whole mountain has been exposed. Guess what happened?"

Peter Brown suddenly realized, the most secretive thing about the Primordial Energy Mountains was the energy itself. Without it, not only has the mountain become visible, but everyone hiding in there had been exposed as well.

Thinking about this, Peter Brown couldn’t help but shake his head, imagining what would happen next.

As expected, the waiter continued, "Once the energy suddenly dispersed, those hiding inside couldn’t stay hidden anymore. Treasures, qualification certificates, various ruins, and even avenging foes, it was all thoroughly chaotic. Everywhere, there were fights and killings.

Not only that, after news of the events spread, experts and powers from all places headed in that direction. Now, there’s looting everywhere, and so many people are dying—too many to even comprehend."

"How many qualification certificates were issued?"

"There were a lot! Qualification certificates turned up everywhere; some were even thrown on the ground, easily picked up by passers-by."
