Chapter 1840 - 1838: Capturing Two People
Peter Brown didn’t want to talk with them anymore; what he thought about now was taking them down.
Peter knew quite a bit about the Divine Race’s situation. Despite their high cultivation, once the energy within their bodies was consumed, they would have balance issues. With just the energy of life remaining, the Celestial Energy would be severely drained—in no time would it be replenishable. Therefore, this was the confidence that allowed Peter to believe he could overcome them.
The two people within the formation were unaware that each of their bombardments was being redirected skyward; they had always thought they were striking the formation.
At that moment, Peter cast out several divine stones.
After the divine stones were thrown, the appearance of the formation remained unchanged. However, the two trapped inside suddenly found their surroundings had transformed, and they had fallen into a great battle.
What shocked them most was the intensity of the battlefield—everyone was desperately attacking those nearby, and even some indistinguishable fierce beasts were launching assaults at them.
At first, the two thought they were trapped within Peter’s formation, perhaps in an illusory landscape, so they ignored the incoming attacks.
But the situation that followed terrified them.
Pfft, pfft!
When two Ice Arrows shot towards them, because they hadn’t bothered with the incoming arrows, the arrows firmly lodged in their bodies.
