Tobia Armstrong personally came to talk to Peter Brown; after calling Peter into his office, Tobia Armstrong kept observing him intently.

The more he observed, the more Tobia admired him, thinking to himself how calm the young man sitting before him appeared, his ability to cultivate his energy was indeed commendable.

This was the kind of talent that the Group Company needed; they must find a way to retain him.

Peter was still not over the shock of Tobia Armstrong’s announcement. Hearing Tobia Armstrong inquiring, he hesitated before saying, "Am I qualified?"

Tobia Armstrong laughed and said, "Why wouldn’t you be qualified? This time you have made quite a name for yourself. As your reputation spreads, whether it’s for knowing three foreign languages or understanding computers, everyone might come poaching you. You’ll need to have a correct analysis of whether to stay with our Group Company or go to another company."

Tobia Armstrong laid out the poaching matter straightforwardly, wanting to see what Peter truly thought.
