"Join my army," the general ordered Peter Brown and the others to integrate into his forces after confirming that these people hadn’t fled in the face of battle, but rather the situation had devolved into chaos.

A handsome young man looked at Skylar Spencer, puzzled.
"I know, I just need someone to relay messages, no need for high cultivation, consider him my personal guard," she explained.
With Skylar Spencer being someone with decision-making power among these people, no one questioned her further. After all, a Two-Star wouldn’t make much of an impact on the rest.
Once the personnel were allocated, a deputy general asked, "General, the city is lost; is there any point in proceeding further?"
"We must retake the city at all costs. Inform the reinforcements to hurry and send scouts to thoroughly investigate the situation inside the city," the general commanded.
