While the bigwigs in town were discussing matters here, Reynard Johnson was also convening a meeting to study the issue of the wine factory in Fruitful Village. Reynard Johnson, a scion of the Johnson Family, had been sent to the county as someone important to aid, but, having been there for a while, he had come to understand the local situation quite a bit. Yet, the county really was a backward place, and finding a good project was challenging.

The Johnson Family did have money and could have invested funds to create a project, but doing so would prove Reynard Johnson’s incompetence, which was something he could not bear to witness.

Without political achievements, it was hard to rise to higher positions, which had always been a source of pain for Reynard Johnson.

The Johnson Family, seeing the situation, had been planning to invest heavily to devise a project to boost his political performance.

Suddenly, when Reynard Johnson discovered the wine that Peter Brown had produced, he saw hope.

What Peter Brown didn’t know was that after Reynard Johnson had tried the wine, he flew to Kingston the next day and then sent the wine for testing. After receiving results showing that all the indicators were excellent, he had it tasted by an old connoisseur of wine in his family.

The result was that the elder, who originally suffered from some ailments, not only saw them completely disappear but even felt improvements.* Afterwards, word of this spread quietly within the Johnson Family, and then Reynard Johnson’s father also drank the wine.

The effect was really awesome. The father’s long-standing health issues disappeared and he felt a rejuvenation of his spirit.

This shocked everyone in the Johnson Family; such excellent wine was unheard of and they must secure its acquisition.
