The elders had left, and Harry White’s expression brightened as he looked at Peter Brown and said, "Peter, don’t blame your father. Everyone feels more at ease after identity confirmation."

With a huff, Peter Brown said, "Benjamin Woods and Huxley Brown have always been with me—who would impersonate me?"

Embarrassed, Harry White said, "Alright, alright, I know you’ve been wronged. See, they left the elixirs behind, and these are enough for you to ascend to the Immortal Realm."

Peter Brown’s eyes lit up as he looked at the elixirs.

Passing all the elixirs to Peter Brown, Harry White said, "The higher you go, the more elixirs you need. Even if they’re the same elixirs, if the quantity isn’t sufficient, advancing will be difficult. These elixirs come in all varieties; try them out and see if you can make a recovery."

As Harry White spoke, he shook his head.

By now, Peter knew much about increasing cultivation. In the Immortal Realm, the quality of the immortal root determined the speed of advancement. If it was good, one would advance swiftly; otherwise, it would be difficult.

Take for instance the jump from the Peak-Ascension-Level to the Immortal Realm—transitioning from the early to the mid-stage of Peak Ascension required the energy of a certain kind of elixir. However, if the quality of one’s immortal root was poor, each lower tier would necessitate an additional type of elixir.

The immortal root is divided into top-grade, mid-grade, and lower-grade. With a top-grade immortal root, three categories of elixirs would suffice for successful advancement. However, for a mid-grade immortal root, four types of elixirs would be needed to upgrade, and a lower-grade immortal root would need five types of elixirs for advancement.
