The people from the Turner family fled, and the news of Peter Brown killing an elder of the River Mountain Sect with a single finger spread.

Peter didn’t bother with this matter. After killing Rylan Fox, he sat in the room, contemplating his own development.

Now that he had entered the Cultivation World, a place that valued power, he could hardly move without strength. What Peter had to do was make a name for himself and let everyone know his power. However, the first hurdle to overcome was the River Mountain Sect. If they still targeted him, he could only use his last two strands of immortal power to escape.

When he thought of only having two strands of immortal power left, Peter couldn’t help but shake his head. He had no source for gaining more immortal power, and these last two strands were essential for saving his life, so he couldn’t afford to use them recklessly.

Of course, Peter wasn’t on the least afraid of the River Mountain Sect. They were just a few Golden Core experts and one Nascent Soul expert; in front of his immortal power, they could be killed in a matter of minutes.

Half a day passed, and there was no news from the River Mountain Sect in the city, nor any expert arriving.

"Master, the person I sent to the city to inquire has come back. They said the Turner family provoked River Mountain Sect and there hasn’t been any instruction from them yet." After a burst of excitement, Isaiah Bell began to worry and looked at Peter anxiously.

Peter smiled and said, "It’s not a big deal. Just tell everyone to do their jobs. We have bigger developments coming in the next step."

Isaiah Bell agreed worriedly and left.
