Chapter 672: A Different Mountain Village
A man and two beasts walked out of the Land of Decay like this.
By now, Peter has sort of gotten it. He guessed that probably only them, him and the two creatures, could pass through the Land of Decay. Up to now, he still couldn’t figure out why the aging phenomenon occurred.
Originally, Peter had thought about having his family move here if possible. Only now did he realize that this was impossible.
If the issue of aging can’t be resolved, it’s fundamentally impossible to travel through.
The Land of Decay has completely severed both sides.
However, looking at the place behind him, Peter felt the location was pretty good as it could prevent others from discovering them.
After glancing at the Black Bear, Peter felt that bringing it along was a bit inconvenient. He took out a lot of food for it, along with some Elixirs for enhancement. He asked the Treasure Hunting Rabbit to tell the Bear to stay here, and he would pick it up after he found a place.
The Black Bear didn’t insist on following Peter. After receiving so much food, it grinned broadly, put the backpack filled with food that Peter gave it on its back, and went to find its own place.
Seeing the Black Bear’s behavior, a smile emerged at the corner of Peter’s mouth. He thought to himself that he should help the Black Bear when he had free time and let it develop in a higher direction.
After dealing with the Black Bear, Peter’s speed increased a lot. He held the Treasure Hunting Rabbit and traveled in the wilderness. He didn’t fly very high, just low flight.
Along the journey, Peter discovered that everything here was completely different from the surface. Not only was the spiritual energy incredibly dense, but the wild beasts here were also more vicious than those on the surface. He even encountered a group of birds, all of which attacked with great force. Eventually, he was finally able to escape after using the Small Teleportation Talisman.
