Chapter 518 - 517: Picking Up a Bargain
Upon entering the marketplace, Peter Brown heard a few people sighing.
"Alas, I thought doing business here would make me rich. I didn’t expect that after finally pulling strings to get into this market, the Earthfire would be stolen. Who will come here in the future?"
"That’s right, without the Earthfire, there’s no meaning to being here. The place will never be lively again. Just look at the situation today- business is hard to do!"
"I just brought in so much inventory, what am I going to do now!"

Listening to everyone’s discussion, Peter then realized the impact of Earthfire’s disappearance had caused a huge stir in the market.
Peter made his way into a store that specialized in selling Alchemy Furnaces.
As soon as he entered, he was greeted by the sight of bulky rows of furnaces.
"Dear customer, what kind of Alchemy Furnace are you looking for?" an attendant asked.
Peter glanced at the young attendant and said, "I’ll have a look first."
Being an accomplished alchemist, Peter knew how to select a decent furnace. He channelled his True Qi and slapped a furnace, listening attentively for the emitted sound.
