Chapter 406 - 405: Saving People
Peter Brown arrived at the streets and asked people around, only to find out that he had arrived in a small county in Southampton Province.
Although it was a small county, it was a very prosperous place due to its proximity to the sea.

With this idea in mind, Peter became even more excited.
Anyway, the things he developed were not for attack or defense, but just a small application. Simple settings would do, and canceling some defense and attack content should be completely feasible.
