After Peter Brown had just made some brand new rockets, Seth Wilson called him.

As soon as the call went through, Seth said, "Peter, the East Sea Palace has already issued kill notices to various sects."

"Kill notice?"

Peter was not aware of the kill notice.

Seth explained: "A kill notice is a type of notification issued by various sects after they list a person as a must-kill target. The goal is to inform all sects that they want to hunt down and kill someone. If a sect wants to protect that person, it becomes their enemy, and the conflict will persist until they die."

Peter’s expression turned serious: "Are they all coming to kill me?"

Peter was indeed a bit worried. He wouldn’t be able to withstand an attack from all the sects.

"Not exactly. Although it’s a kill notice, they still have to abide by the agreement. Initially, only people below the Qi-refining seventh layer would be able to attack after the kill notice is issued. Now that there’s a kill notice, they can send people below the Qi Refinement Eighth Layer."

"No one above the Qi Refinement Eighth Layer?" Peter was relieved, as he was currently unable to deal with people above the Qi Refinement Eighth Layer.

Seth asked curiously, "Peter, can you handle them?"

"If it’s only people below the Qi Refinement Eighth Layer, I might have a chance at winning."
