Chen Ran held a Cigarette between his lips, quietly watching the Elevator car go up and down in front of him over and over again.

The Elevator stopped on the 17th floor. He clearly saw Geng Hao climb onto the exterior roof of the car, mimicking what he had done earlier, attempting to hook the Grappling Hook onto the steps of the 18th floor, but...
Chen Ran kicked down the Grappling Hook that had been thrown up and declared, "Geng Hao, do not waste your effort. The mezzanine is just a wall that can barely fit one person."
Geng Hao's anxious voice drifted up from the 17th floor. "If it can fit one person, it can definitely fit two! Let us both throw away our Liar-Slayers to prevent being bounced off by their protection."
Immediately after, the Grappling Hook was thrown up again, catching the steps. Chen Ran kicked it down once more, refusing to let him up.
"Chen Ran! What is the meaning of this?"
