Thunderous cheers erupted from Leon's subordinates both inside and outside the fortress.
Faced with an enemy force that had loomed over them like dark storm clouds pressing down upon the city, they had managed to repel the attackers and even kill the enemy's supreme leader while suffering only their current level of losses.
