Chapter 199: The Sovereign Bloodline
The entire sprawling Velkrath Capital went completely silent. The heavy massive hydraulic presses deep inside the foundries stopped hammering.
The automated brass airships floating high above the city deactivated their loud mechanical propellers and hovered silently in place. Millions of loyal citizens stood quietly in the clean cobblestone streets.
Every single living organism in the massive empire focused their unwavering attention directly on the Iron Estate.
The royal heirs were finally arriving.
I paced heavily across the thick marble floor of the grand royal antechamber. I wore my dark tailored military coat. My glowing red eyes flickered nervously with intense fiery energy.
I had violently slaughtered the towering God of Gods in outer space but waiting outside these heavy wooden doors was entirely terrifying.
Rolf stood silently against the thick stone wall. The massive Silver Colossus crossed his heavy muscular arms.
"They will be perfectly fine Sovereign," Rolf rumbled deeply. His amber eyes shone with quiet steady confidence.
"Your queens are the strongest biological creatures in the mortal realm. They survived the deep Labyrinth. They survived the celestial invasion."
Before I could answer, a massive shockwave of pure raw magic violently rocked the entire palace.
BZZZZZT.
The heavy stone walls audibly groaned. The thick reinforced glass windows of the antechamber shattered instantly into fine falling dust. It was not a physical kinetic attack. It was the terrifying magical pressure of a newly born Mythic tier entity.
The heavy oak doors pushed slowly open. Nyssa stepped out into the hallway. The brilliant Chief Architect looked incredibly exhausted but she smiled a radiant triumphant smile.
"The resonance is complete Master," Nyssa announced happily.
"You may enter."
I walked quickly into the massive royal birthing chamber. The air inside the room was incredibly thick and heavy with chaotic swirling mana. It felt exactly like stepping directly into the hot center of an active volcano.
Ramona rested comfortably against a massive pile of silk pillows on the massive central bed. The ancient Half Dragon Queen looked deeply exhausted but incredibly incredibly proud. Resting gently in her soft olive arms was a small beautiful baby boy.
I walked slowly carefully to the edge of the large bed. I dropped gently to my knees.
The newborn boy possessed completely flawless dark olive skin and tiny sharp metallic black horns resting on his head. He opened his small bright eyes. They burned with identical terrifying golden reptilian fire.
DING!
The shattered numerical system no longer functioned but my evolved Administrator logic flawlessly scanned the child.
[Entity Scanned: Sovereign Draconic Heir.]
[Latent Potential: Mythic-Tier World Breaker.]
I gently reached out and stroked the top of his small horned head with my massive thick green finger. The baby boy giggled a tiny jagged sound and immediately sneezed a small puff of hot black smoke into the air. Ramona laughed softly and leaned her beautiful head against my broad shoulder.
"He possesses your unyielding iron," Ramona whispered proudly.
"And my ancient roaring fire."
"He is entirely perfect," I rumbled softly.
I stood up and moved gracefully across the warm room. Lysandra the gorgeous succubus sat near the large open balcony. She held a beautiful tiny baby girl wrapped tightly in pure white silk.
The newborn girl possessed glowing pink skin and tiny adorable bat-like wings folded neatly against her back. She did not cry loudly. She simply radiated a massive aura of pure infinite healing vitality. The dead dying flowers resting in the vases across the royal room suddenly violently bloomed into vibrant explosive color just from her ambient presence.
[Entity Scanned: Sovereign Succubus Heir.]
[Latent Potential: Mythic-Tier Life Weaver.]
Anise sat closely beside her holding her own fierce beautiful daughter. The human hero looked down at the tiny baby with fierce unbreakable protective love.
The newborn human girl possessed thick dark hair and an incredibly dense physical muscle structure.
Even as a tiny infant her small hands gripped the edge of her blanket with impossible crushing strength. She was the ultimate physical Vanguard.
[Entity Scanned: Sovereign Human Heir.]
[Latent Potential: Mythic-Tier Vanguard Prime.]
I kissed both Lysandra and Anise softly on their foreheads. I promised them a completely safe world and I fully intended to violently aggressively keep it.
I finally turned toward the dark shadowed corner of the massive room. Kaelith the deadly shadow elf rested quietly on a soft dark velvet couch. She held her tiny newborn son gently against her chest.
The boy possessed flawless pale silver skin and striking pointed ears. He looked exactly like his beautiful mother but he radiated a terrifying heavy localized gravity.
The deep shadows in the corner of the room actively bent and twisted smoothly around his tiny physical form. He was naturally seamlessly bending spatial reality just by breathing the ambient air.
[Entity Scanned: Sovereign Noctharion Heir.]
[Latent Potential: Mythic-Tier Void Walker.]
"He is very quiet," Kaelith murmured softly. She smiled her rare completely genuine smile. "He is already calculating his surroundings."
"He will be the silent knife in the dark," I replied deeply. I placed my heavy hand protectively gently over them both.
I turned and looked at Nyssa. The brilliant pregnant goblin stood near the door watching her sisters with deep emotional joy. Her own geometric tattoos flashed softly against her green skin.
"Your calculations were slightly inaccurate Architect," I teased gently.
"You said they would arrive simultaneously."
Nyssa smiled a massive jagged green smile and patted her own highly swollen stomach.
"My calculations are never flawed Master," Nyssa replied confidently proudly. "My son is simply waiting for the optimal logical moment to maximize his grand entrance. He is a builder. He requires proper flawless staging."
I laughed a deep booming genuine laugh. It was the first truly happy unburdened sound I had made since waking up on that filthy cold dungeon floor years ago.
I stood incredibly tall in the center of the warm royal room surrounded completely by my fierce loyal Queens and my terrifying powerful children.
The heavy cosmic pressure of the universe meant entirely nothing compared to the raw biological strength of the Pack.
The Forge was fully officially secure. The Sovereign bloodline would violently completely rule this planet forever.
