Chapter 197: Wicked Witch
Carter took a look at his current skin shards. His shards were running quite low at the moment.
'I might need to find a way to acquire more shards. Human or otherwise.'
Carter currently had enough Human Shards to create an Awaken Human but not enough to create an Elite Human.
Elite Human had Evaporative Decompression, which could be mutated to very interesting abilities.
'I do have enough to make 2 Minor Awaken Humans. Which is enough for me to fuse Ursula into a Medium Awaken. From Medium Awaken, however, it might be a little bit difficult to raise Ursula into an Elite because of the lack of Skin Shards.'
Carter weighed his options carefully and finally decided on what he should do.

Once Carter finished, the skin changed.
A wicked aura now wrapped around Ursula LeBeau.
Shrine Maiden had a pure white aura. Carter Hayes had the pure dark aura. Ginro Musashi had a changing animalistic aura.
The aura of the witch was that of a sickly green color. It floated around her like dense toxic smoke. The dress that Carter used Ghost Clothes to change into was now replaced with the Gothic Dress.
A dark burlesque dress with a split in the front to show the white thighs of the beautiful witch.
'This dress is actually much better than the one I imagined.'
Carter raised his soft hands and twirled his fingers. The green aura floated in his hand.
'Quad Formation... Power. Element. Spirit. And Effect. But what is exactly the extent of this power?'
Carter took out the Tarot Deck that just materialized in his pocket. The usual Destiny Deck of the five elements had changed into a deck that he knew from Earth.
'Tarot... This deck is restricted in many ways because each card only meant certain things and couldn't change like the original Destiny Deck. But in other ways, because each card had its own meaning and symbolism, the deck is more versatile.'
Carter shuffled the cards of the Tarot deck and took one out.
The Queen of Wands. A authoritative woman with a fiery wooden wand in her hand. Her face changed into that of Ursula and the Queen smiled at Carter.
'Unlimited creativity, an unholy amount of passion, and mysticism. The Queen of Wands is Ursula LeBeau.'
The woman with raven hair then placed the card back into the deck. She opened up her black bag and reached inside.
It was empty.
'I want a knife.' Carter thought to himself.
And then he found the knife in that empty void of the bag.
Carpenter's Toolbox, Blacksmith's Toolbox, Brewer's Chest and Medical Kit had fused into one and became a magical witch bag that could give Carter anything he wanted.
Carter examined the knife closely. 'Not exactly a weapon but a tool to carve or cut. More sturdy and specialized. Watson probably needs quite a while to return. What should I make first?'
Carter looked around and noticed an old wooden clock on the shelf. He bought this a long time ago when he first arrived at Luandon.
'I can literally use any material to make Totem... Can I turn this clock into a Totem?'
