Chapter 26.1 : Tang Xianxi and Tang Xuerong Are Taken Away (Part 1)
"We received a report stating that the culprit behind the building collapse incident five years ago has been found. Who is the informant?"
The leading police officer was aggressive in manner—and he was a martial cultivator. The moment he arrived, he deliberately released his qi and blood pressure as a form of intimidation.
Everyone present was shaken by this oppressive force.
Only Tang Qingmo calmly pointed at the three people lying on the ground.
"I'm the one who reported it. It's those three. That criminal is now using the alias Zhang Teng. You can investigate."
"Thank you for your cooperation."
The officer was slightly surprised. In order to deter criminals, he habitually released his aura, which often left ordinary people unable to withstand it.
Yet he never expected that the student in front of him could resist it so calmly!
Tang Qingmo stood up from the sofa and said with a smile,
"Oh, right, Officer. I also have a case of campus bullying that needs your attention."
The three members of the Tang family: !?
Tang Qingmo pointed at Tang Xianxi and Zhang Ling.
"These two—one has been bullying me for over two months, and the other is the instigator."
"What!?"
The officer had seen countless cases where children, after suffering school or domestic violence, ended up committing suicide or developing severe depression. Violence cases were what he hated most in his life!
He immediately ordered his subordinates to take Zhang Ling and Tang Xianxi away!
"Y-young Master Tang!!"
Zhang Ling looked at Tang Qingmo pleadingly.
He had already done exactly as instructed—he had pointed the finger at Tang Xianxi. All he wanted now was for Tang Qingmo to spare him!
Tang Qingmo shot him a cold glance and revealed a smile full of hidden meaning.
"Officer, I just reached a temporary settlement with this classmate. We've reconciled for now. Please take away the instigator first."
Zhang Ling suddenly felt that something was off.
Was Tang Qingmo really going to let him go?
But since he wouldn't be taken to the police station, his unease was quickly replaced by excitement!
Tang Xianxi, however, had far more to think about…
He couldn't believe that Tang Qingmo would let Zhang Ling go and instead have the police take him away!
"Qingmo!"
Bai Hualian tried to stop it.
But when she saw the utterly heartless, icy look Tang Qingmo cast at her, she froze instantly, tears once again pouring down her face.
Tang Xuerong, of course, wasn't about to compromise. She immediately stepped in front of Tang Xianxi.
"What are you doing?! Xiao Xi never instigated anything—he's innocent!"
Tang Qingmo pointed at the phone.
"The evidence is in the phone in her hands."
"This isn't evidence at all!"
Tang Xuerong cried out in shock and immediately smashed Zhang Ling's phone onto the floor.
Bang!
The phone shattered into pieces.
Everyone: ...
A smug smile unconsciously appeared on Tang Xuerong's face.
As long as the evidence was gone, Xiao Xi wouldn't be—
The very next second, her hands were cuffed by the police.
"Destroying evidence in front of the police. Take her away as well!"
Tang Xuerong: "What?!"
"Let go of me! Do you know who I am?! My dad is Tang Jianren!!"
Ah yes—'My dad is Li Gang', once again proven true.
Two officers lifted Tang Xuerong up and took her away together with Tang Xianxi.
The principal's office finally returned to silence.
Principal Lin stood to the side, completely at a loss for words. He had witnessed far too many shocking events today. He needed some peace and quiet…
"Qingmo, how did you become like this?"
Bai Hualian asked in anguish.
Her biological son… had actually sent his own sister and brother to the police station!
Tang Qingmo sneered.
"Madam Tang, that's a ridiculous thing to say."
"Tang Xianxi can instigate others to bully me. Tang Xuerong can openly shield an instigator like that. But when I simply fight for my own rights, you criticize me at every turn. So in your heart, am I supposed to be bullied to death?"
"No! I didn't mean that!"
"Then what did you mean? Say it!"
"I… I just…"
