Wasting Money to Become an Immortal

"Young master, you really collected quite a bit."

Gao Fu Shuai said as he was looking over the different things that we had bought from the people of this city.

For us that came from the lower realm, the things that we bought were all things that were considered rare to us.

Though for me, it wasn’t as if this was anything special.

The only thing that mattered was the amount of points that I had gotten from the system.

I had a calm look on my face, but I was certainly excited about the number of points that I had received. The amount of people that came to sell their goods far exceeded my expectations, but it was good that they came since there was no lack of spirit jades on my part.

"Young master, what do you want to do with these things?" Gao Fu Shuai finally stopped beating around the bush and asked the question that he wanted to ask.

I had been waiting for this, so I just simply waved my hand and said, "Organize everything that is here and then divide it among yourselves. The things that you don’t want, you can just toss into storage for later."

The eyes of Gao Fu Shuai and the rest of the lackeys all lit up when they heard this.

They had been keeping it in since earlier, but it was impossible for them not to be moved by the things that they saw. After all, those things were all incredible items that came from an upper realm.

"Indeed, where did I get all that money?" I said while looking at her with a smile.

Mu Bao Bao just looked at me like this for a bit before suddenly saying, "I’m hungry again. Can I eat some of the stuff that you collected?"

A faint smile appeared on my lips hearing her say this, but there was no reason for me to say no. So in the end, I just said with a nod, "You can have whatever you want."

Mu Bao Bao gave a nod before heading over to where the lackeys were.

I knew that this wasn’t her dropping this matter, it was just that she chose to trust me rather than keep asking questions. Since I answered with a question in the first place, she understood that there were things that were inconvenient for me to talk about.

I could see the way that Liu Ao Xue looked at me as well from behind Mu Bao Bao when she asked this, but she chose not to say anything.

It seemed that Liu Ao Xue trusted me even more than Mu Bao Bao...or perhaps she didn’t think that she was qualified to ask anything.

Regardless of what it was, I didn’t say anything about it.

The other group that was here was the group of kids that I had hired.

I gave a simple nod when I saw them waiting for me to say something before waving my hand at Gao Fu Shuai who immediately came over. "This is your second test. Start a business in this city with this money. It doesn’t matter what business you start, but this business of yours will belong to me. When I come back, I’ll judge you on your effort." I said in a casual voice as if I didn’t care about this.

But it wasn’t as if it was a bad thing to start gathering power in this upper realm.

It all depended on how these kids would act.

"I won’t let you down." The leader said in a firm voice.

I just gave a casual nod in response.
