Leisurely Farm Life in Beast World

Chapter 876 - 875: Too Fragrant

"Sesame oil~ What is this food? It smells too good."

Dubi handed a spoon to Kaka, "Eat it quickly, it won’t taste good once it’s cold."

With a nod, Kaka took the spoon and, mimicking Dubi’s actions, clumsily scooped a mouthful and stuffed it into his mouth.

However, the fragrance that filled his mouth instantly widened his eyes, and without waiting for Dubi’s cue, he began to eat heartily, the height of purple fruit rice in the large porcelain bowl decreasing rapidly.

Watching Kaka, Dubi remembered the first time he’d eaten food in the Watson Tribe, and couldn’t help but laugh.

The appetites of the two orcs were no small matter, and in no time, the food reserved for the next morning had hit the bottom.

Only a few lonely cores were left in the small basket.

After a satisfying belch, Kaka scratched his head somewhat sheepishly, "Did I eat too much?"

Dubi laughed heartily, "If you think so, then come hunting with me tomorrow."

Kaka also laughed and agreed.

As the sky darkened, Dubi took Kaka to a guest room on the side, where the Kang was already heated, making the surface quite warm.

Kaka was once again amazed.

Dubi looked at Kaka, "Did you come from the tribe?"

Kaka nodded, "Now, Otto is the Clan Leader. When I returned, I heard about what happened to you and Chang Zao, and I immediately deposed Ola."

Dubi gave a wry smile, "That’s because you brought the Tribe’s Hunting Team, otherwise he wouldn’t have listened to you."

Kaka sighed, and of course, he was aware.

"When I returned to the tribe, Otto told me about your mission. I really didn’t expect them to send you to the Watson Tribe for such a task. It’s becoming more and more disgraceful," Kaka said, filled with indignation.

Dubi smiled blandly, "I’m no longer an orc of the Armored Crocodile Tribe. A few days ago, I swore with a new group of tribe members to become a part of the Watson Tribe."

Kaka’s face dimmed, "Are you really not planning to return? Ola is no longer the Clan Leader, the three of us could be together again."

Dubi shook his head, "I can’t go back."

The room fell silent instantly.

Dubi sighed, looking at the somewhat disheartened Kaka, "What about you? What did Ola send you out to do?"

Kaka shook his head, "It wasn’t Ola who sent me out, it was the Shaman."

Dubi looked at him in surprise, "The Shaman?"

Kaka nodded, "Yes, he undoubtedly sent me to the Sea Crocodile Clan to see if we could borrow some food."

Dubi straightened his back immediately upon hearing this, "Sea Crocodile? Did you go to the coast to find the Aquatic Clan?"

Kaka scratched his head, somewhat confused by Dubi’s excitement, "Yes, I didn’t even know there were ties between the tribe and the Sea Crocodile before departing. The Shaman told me just before I left."

Dubi suppressed the excitement in his heart and cleared his throat, "People in the tribe have always been hunting, shouldn’t there be plenty of food?"

Kaka scoffed coldly, "Not long after you left, that damned female Ola traded the food prepared for the cold season with Namila for a lot of Beast Skin. We’re running low on food now."

Dubi sighed, knowing Ola’s selfish and indulgent nature, it was indeed something she would do.
